Amazing Time

Very Spacious & Clean Townhouse. Close to the Pool. Stores & restaurants nearby. Took us 30-40 min to get to Disney depending on traffic.

Definitely recommend

We loved staying in this spacious property. It was an ideal location to Disney but a little bit further for universal, still within an hour though. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if we visit in the future.

Family Fun

Great stay! Great place and unit was beautiful for our family! Nice room downstairs with walk in shower great for seniors! Well stocked and bee line straight down to clubhouse area! Loved it!

Amenities great.

Needed some work. Furniture needed cleaning in living room. Light bulbs needed replacing in places. Master bedroom deck and chairs need cleaning. On a positive note the kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Great central Florida vaca

Spent 8 days in central Florida was great, close enough to Disney and universal but far enough away from hustle and bustle of Orlando was minutes away from Kissimmee restaurants was a nice quiet neighborhood. Con would be central Florida traffic.

Perfect!

This home was absolutely perfect! We took our boys to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and the drive to and from was easy and it was great to come home to a comfortable home every evening and have a kitchen each morning to make breakfast before we left.

The property and Unit were as advertised. Very nice. The staff of Regal Palms were not very friendly when issues arose.

Lovely

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and waterslide. There is quite heavy traffic to Disney and Universal, so be prepared for that. For us it was worth the drive. A quiet neighborhood and the condo was well stocked with anything you could need. Check in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Comfort Away From Home

Check in and communication was easy for our stay. The house is layed out well. It was comfortable and clean. I had one plumbing concern and it was taken care of immediately by property management and the owner was prompt to also reply. I would definitely recommend staying at this home with family or friends. It was a straight shot in from the gate and very close to all of the amenities.

Disney trip

We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The home was clean,the kitchen was sufficiently stocked and there were plenty of clean towels. I wish there was a small supply of spices and plastic bags and wraps so we didn't have to buy them. We had a problem with small ant like bugs common in Florida on the kitchen counter when we arrived but the property manager had pest control there the next morning and resolved the problem which he said was the resorts responsibility. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be within 30 minutes from almost all attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

Disappointed

Although the condo and property were conveniently located, we were disappointed with the condition of the Condo. 1. Door knobs falling off closet doors 2. Doors were dirty around handles3. Kitchen pans were nasty and worn out4. Bathroom baseboards dirty5. Overall cleanliness was less than desired6. Unit pictures are not accurateI would not recommend this property to anyone. Dwayne

Beautiful and convenient

We booked this property for our week in Disney, for our family of 6. We have 4 kids: 4, 6, 9 and 14. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. Comfortable and beautifully furnished, it was nice to have 2 masters, so our teenage daughter could enjoy her own space. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked, which helped with being able to save a little and cook many of our meals. Also, the large full size washer and dryer on the second floor are a huge plus! The best part was that the pool area, which included a fun water slide and lazy river, was open until 11pm (weather permitting). So we were able to enjoy the pool after spending time at Disney during the day. We had such a lovely time in this home. With everything close by you couldn’t find a better option. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful and spacious

The home looked just like the photos and we loved that everyone had their own space. We only went to the pool area once and it was smaller than expected but still nice. The kitchen came equipped with every appliance you could think of but the binder containing information about the home and neighborhood seemed outdated and perhaps just a cookie cutter guide that they use for multiple properties. It took us a few days into our stay to find all the extra towels so that would've been helpful to know if it was included in the "Welcome Binder". We bought our own groceries for the trip but I would suggest people bringing their own trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and paper towels if they stayed as long as we did (we stayed 7 days). Overall the house was lovely and the location was 30 minutes or less away from all the Orlando attractions so that was a plus.

All in all - very good!

Regal Palms is great! Location of the condo - great ! Kids could walk to the pool! The condo was very clean and common spaces were wonderful for three generations visiting together. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the bathrooms were great! The two master suites were spacious with very comfortable beds! Unfortunately, the other two bedrooms were problematic! The smaller of the two was overwhelmed by the size of the two single beds which wasted a great deal of space and made manoevering difficult. The fourth bedroom with two singles had beds which were so old and uncomfortable that they were useless! They were saggy with thin mattresses and bases that were so squeaky that sleep was impossible! Updating these two rooms would make this a wonderful, comfortable vacation home!

Overall nice stay

Spacious rental, very quiet community, close to the pool and gym. Strip plaza with shops, restaurants and grocery close by. Owners were quick to respond to text. Few items to note; you pay $20 per day for the amenities but you ALSO have to buy a tube to use at the lazy river, not advertised that way. Tubes are between $10-$18 each. There are large cracks in the tile from the entry, under the dining table and in living room. The entry door keypad is loose and the knob to the master bedroom closet is loose. Also, the blender in the unit leaks. The owner is aware of the cracks and loose items but she said the unit has been booked regularly and they haven't had time to repair the items. Just making note so nobody is charged for damaged items that are pre-existing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My son used the gym regularly and everything seemed to be working fine. We did use the pool once without purchasing tubes and the temperature of the water was lukewarm. Both pools were crowded around dinner time. You cannot lower the AC below 72, so if you like it cooler than that, bring extra fans.
