Our base rates per night range from $295/nt to $1,650/nt which is subject to time of year and/or guest capacity per choosing of our choices on accomodations and/or lodging duration on your rsvp. Max occupancy up to 14-16 guests between adults & children between both upper & ground level units. Min. charges are applied for first two guests, thereafter additional guests fees apply to total pymt due and/or for space upgrades according to season. Min 'stay' from 2 - 7 nights. Please forward data with your total number of guests between adults & children, dates/duration of lodging, we'll be pleased to accomodate you in one of the Villa's units & subject to season, our ground level 2/bdrm unit for max 6 guests or upgrade to upper level 4/bdrm unit max 10 guests, or keep entire home, both/units for utmost privacy. The Villa consists of numerous attributes which characterize its unique coastal location. Dock Facilities, for those in need to tie up their boats, a $3 per foot per day additional charge applies, no shore-power. Multiple ocean front 'terrazas' with well over 4,500 sq.ft. total space indoor/outdoors with spectacular views to Ensenada & Fulladoza, and plenty parking space at Villa's entrance driveway; Quiet sector of the Island and near town. The main Villa is a two level home, all bdrms. a/c ; 4 bedrooms & 2 bthrms. on Villa's upper level apartm. with fully equipped kitchen/living/dining rooms, aprox. 1,600 sq.ft., & upper terrace, Sat./TV; Ground Level unit layout with 2 bdrms. & 1 bthrm and laundry facilities, aprox. 500 sq.ft., adjoining Oceanfront outdoor kitchen/bar & bbq terrace to share and for those renting entire facilities.

Your stay includes use of the Villa's kayaks per avail located @ our dock terrace for your enjoyment and relaxation throughout a very secluded inlet bordered by spectacular mangrove formations and nesting grounds for wild-life species, day time use only allowed nearby our property; ceiling fans throughout all terraces, hardwood 'embulla' & tile floors. All bdrms ac'. Do bring your water shoes & beach towels, dock equipped with pool ladder-crystal clear waters therein.

Its convenient layout provides for various alternatives depending on the number of guests & dates/season, inclusive of the use of various oceanfront terraces. The Villa can comfortably accomodate up to 14-16 guests max between adults & children. Max. 6 guests for our Ground Level Aptm.
