Come and discover this charming house located in Saint Hilaire de Riez, just a 5-minute walk from Boisvinet beach. You will appreciate its terrace shaded by its awning, ideal for moments of relaxation, as well as its garden furniture to share joyful moments around a plancha. Ideal for a family stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a bright living room with its lounge area, comprising a sofa and a television, perfect for spending pleasant moments together. You can have your meals around the table inside, or enjoy the garden table located on the terrace.



You will find in the first part of the kitchen some of the equipment including a microwave, a kettle as well as a **filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.** In the back kitchen, gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven and dishwasher will assist you in preparing your meals.



The house has a bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and direct access to the terrace as well as a sofa bed (140/190) in the living room.



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park your vehicle for free in the outdoor car park at the accommodation.
