This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with a group to utilize the queen beds in both bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 2 adults each and if extra accommodations are needed, the living room sofa converts to a 2 person sleeper! BOOK NOW!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.



Other Things to Note:

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Cute, quiet with easy access

This is a sweet little vrbo that has easy access from the freeway. It is centrally located to anything you could possibly think of for Spokane. The apartment is new and well set up to accommodate seven people. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners were very prompt in returning messages when I had questions. I would recommend this property!

A Wedding

We came to Spokane for my nephew's wedding. I found out something happened with there wedding cake and I needed to bake one on a very short notice! We drove 4 1/2 hours with cake and frosting and flowers and assembled frosted and decorated at this wonderful apt. The kitchen was the perfect amount of space to do this . The owners were quite understanding of my situation and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier since I had no idea how long it would take me . We were able to deliver it to the reception area 15 mins before the wedding ! Thanks so much . The apt was perfect.
