World class fishing on the Kenai River. Short walk across our lawn to the Kenai River. Stand on metal grates or wade in river, filet table, vacuum packaging and freezers available. Relax next to the fire pit or play a round of golf. Short drive to Homer (87 miles) or Seward (107 miles) for deep sea halibut fishing. Get away and enjoy the natural beauty of the last Frontier. **Sleeps up to 12 guests, rate is for first 6 guests, additional charge next 6 guests. Approx. 75 feet of private river front property, neighbor has an additional 25 feet if not occupied.

Great fishing trip among friends

This house is right at the Kenai river and reasonably close to Soldotna town central. The house is as described and well stocked with all the basic essentials. It’s clean and functional and very well setup for fishing. We had a great time staying there and able to fish whenever we like at the backyard. Amazing experiences.

Beautiful Stay on The Kenai River

This property was great for our vacation with our adult kids. They had their own space downstairs, the kitchen allowed us to cook in and we used the grill to cook our fresh salmon outside. Dining area worked for meals and games! We loved sitting at the fire pit, eating smores and watching the river. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great place & convenient location!

This place was perfectly located - isolated and quiet but only 20 minutes from everything you need. Also hugely convenient since we spent time in Soldotna, Kenai, Seward, Homer, Ninilchik, and Cooper Landing. We had 10 people from 7-74 years old. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. Always responded timely manner and answered all of our questions and it was very accommodating as well. Would definitely recommend

The house was adequate. The beds and mattresses should be improved. Works good for a group of guys but less than desirable for a family. Check in process needs improvement. The dock was nice but needs to properly disclose that it is shared. The location was good and like I said was adequate for a group of guys.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect spot for our family while visiting the Kenai Penninsula. Located right on the River, we were able to fish (using the poles our host provided)from shore and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 7. It was well stocked and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

I really enjoy fishing and I like to share my enthusiasm with others. About every time I'm fishing someone asks me how come I'm catching fish and they are not. I enjoy talking with people and teaching them a few of my fishing techniques.

Why they chose this property

I'm a avid fisherman and have fished many of Alaska's rivers. I recently acquired this property on the Kenai river because the fishing location is excellent. If you're wanting to come to Alaska and enjoy the view and the thrill of salmon fishing, then this is the place you want to be.

Private property on the Kenai River. Excellent salmon fishing! Close to boat ramp, close to golf course.
