Villa Fjera is located in a peaceful place "Pučišća" on the island of Brač. With a magnificent sea view, this villa offers 2 private hot tubs, and fireplaces for barbecue (BBQ), free parking space for up to 4 cars and other amenities. This Villa can take up to 16 people comfortably. Just 300 meters distance to the beach.

Luxury complex of 2 houses with a sea view, located in a quite and peaceful environment that goes with 2 hot tubs, sun terrace, outdoor and indoors barbecue and a free parking space for up to 4 cars, right above the house.

Villa complex Fjera consists of 2 houses, next to each other.

The upper house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, hot tub and 2 fireplaces for BBQ. It's set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can take 8 people.

The lower house consists of 2 floors as well, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's also set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can take 8 people.

There is a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the whole property.

Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.
Pučišća also boasts a soccer field, basketball court and during the season a water polo area with an active school for water polo and swimming.
Bol and the beach Zlatni rat is just 25 minutes away with a car.

All areas shown on pictures are available for our guests. To protect your peace and privacy, this property, when booked as a whole is only for your purposes so you have complete privacy and exclusivity. All areas shown on pictures are available strictly just for you as our guests.

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

For this villa general house rules apply, as they do for other villas in Dalmatia meaning that the noise/music levels outdoors should be at moderate, normal levels after 23:30h.

Villa Fjera is an ideal stay for couples, business travelers, families and friends.

Parties are not allowed since this is a holiday home, therefore it's NOT suitable for large groups of friends that are under 23 years old.

Arrivals and departures should be on the weekends, preferably on Saturday. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
