Wrens Nest is a beautifully renovated Tybee Island vacation home designed for gathering, blending thoughtful design with effortless comfort. Just a short 2-block stroll to Tybee's Mid-Island Beach and moments from Memorial Park’s tennis courts, playground, and open green space, the location makes it easy to settle into island living.

The main level of Wrens Nest welcomes you with a bright sunroom, an elegant living room with a 75” Smart TV, and an open-concept kitchen and dining space that naturally becomes the heart of the home. The chef’s kitchen features a 6-burner gas range, barstool seating at the island and an adjacent dining area perfect for shared meals and conversation. Three spacious King suites are located on this level, each with its own private bath and Smart TV. An additional half-bath adds convenience for guests.

Downstairs, the private lower-level suite offers its own full kitchen, comfortable living area, Queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and private exterior entrance — ideal for extended family, friends, or anyone who appreciates a little extra space.

The house was great, very comfortable and plenty of room for our family gathering. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and only 2 blocks from the beach. Kitchen had lots of equipment, though not some essentials--coffee filters, aluminum foil. Thermostat was a bit quirky and we needed to call for a technician to fix it. We would have appreciated some beach chairs.

Tybee Getaway

Great place - loved the bathrooms with every bedroom. Only downside was the downstairs not being accessible without going outside. Otherwise it was a beautiful house within walking distance to the beach - we had the best time!

Family time

Family reunion with a birthday too. Also a great opportunity to see the area. We enjoyed the home which was accurate to its pictures and cooking was a joy in the kitchen. convenience to the beach as well as local restaurants was a big plus

Great property

Easy walk to beach. Comfortable, well furnished house. Note, the mother in law suite has a separate exterior entrance and would be inappropriate for children or teens. Take your own blow dryer, there was only one. A super place to visit with family.

Perfect beach vacation!

LOVED The Wren's Nest! I had lots of family from Wisconsin visiting, so this was the perfect low country beach cottage experience. The place is loaded with charm, and comfy little seating nooks, so everyone can spread out and relax. Everyone said "wow" as they first came in the door, so I knew I had picked a winner! Bedrooms and bathrooms are filled with light, clean and are newly renovated. The ping-pong and outdoor seating and grilling area was a huge plus. Absolutely lovely experience.
