Beautiful, completely renovated single family home, with expansive outdoor living on a new large screened lanai with pool & spa on a private ½-acre lot. Located in the gated Foxfire Golf & Country Club community which is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Home includes a new gourmet kitchen with large center island and new appliances. Large master bedroom suite with shower and bidet toilet. Guest-bedroom with queen size bed and office/3rd bedroom with queen size sofa sleeper & desk, with high speed internet to browse the web or catch up on work remotely if necessary.
Golf, on our beautiful 27-hole Arthur Hills designed golf course, re-grassed with new irrigation and short game practice facilities in 2021, and all club amenities, are available to renters for a small association/club transfer fee. New tennis courts and bocce courts were also added in 2021.
Our home is just minutes from Naples’ beautiful sandy gulf shore beaches and the shops, galleries, and world class dining of Old Naples, 5th St and the surrounding area. Naples Botanical Gardens, Naples Zoo, fishing, boating, bicycle trails, parks and so much more to share with family and friends are also nearby. If you are adventurous, you can also easily enjoy a short trip to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands or a quick adventure to Marco Island and the Everglades that are less than an hour away.

The house was amazing. Open and bright. Fantastic lanai with pool. Owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. Couldn’t have been nicer. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our 2 months here. The home was completely remodelled in 2022 with quality finishes. The Foxfire community is friendly and has great access to all Naples has to offer. With a nominal transfer fee, we had full access to golf, tennis and dining with our own member account for billing, which was very convenient. The owners of the home were responsive to any questions/issues and they addressed them/resolved them quickly. We had a very pleasant stay!
