Welcome to our brand-new 92 m² home, designed to offer you an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Saint-Jean-de-Monts region. Located in Soullans, this property combines the charm of an authentic village with the immediate proximity of the most beautiful beaches in the Vendée (18 minutes).

Whether you’re coming for an active vacation, family time, or a getaway with friends, every space has been designed with your comfort in mind.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to six, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (one queen bed, 160x200, and 4 simple beds, 80x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. The two rooms with simple beds can be set up as you prefer, with the beds turned into doubles. You can also use the additional two air mattresses available and the crib for babies aged 0–3 years. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a mirror.

There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Location: Situated on a quiet street in Soullans, the house is easily accessible from the main roads leading to Challans (10 min) or the seaside resorts of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (18 min).

Private parking: You have parking spaces directly on the property or in front of the house, allowing you to unload your luggage and groceries with ease.

Accessibility: Since the house is brand-new, the access points are smooth and unobstructed. If you’re traveling with bicycles or surfboards, you’ll have plenty of space to handle and store them safely in the enclosed garden.

Self-check-in: For added flexibility, we offer self-check-in via a secure key box, allowing you to access the property at a time that suits you (from 4 PM).

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Getting Around from Your Vacation Home
To fully enjoy the region and the freedom it offers, a car is the ideal mode of transportation.

Quick Access: You can reach the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts or the shopping areas of Challans in less than 20 minutes.

By train: The Challans train station, located just a 10-minute drive away, offers regular connections to Nantes (TER).

By bike: The Vendée is renowned for its bike paths. From Soullans, you can access the retro-littoral trails for rides through marshes and forests.

Parking: No need to worry about parking when you return from your excursions; private parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

If you’re arriving by plane, Nantes-Atlantique Airport is approximately 55 minutes from the property.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
