This was our second visit to Out of the Blue. The property is very nice and comfortable. All the amenities are as advertised and all you need for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

Clean and cozy

Property was just as it appeared in the photos. It was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved the deck and outdoor furniture as well.

Beautiful house in middle of woods. Not too far from town. Pet friendly. Our 1st time in Broken Bow area. House & hot tub were clean. Showers were relaxing & refreshing. Our dog really enjoyed the home too. Only thing was we wish we knew the roads were unpaved before going out there. Really dusty & bumpy. Need to do minor repairs & maintenance. But the house was really clean & relaxing to be in. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing

The cabin was very clean and in good proximity to Broken Bow and Hotchatown. Though there are plenty of activities in the area, the cabin was well equiped for rest and relaxation. Will definitely recommend.

Great getaway in the woods!

This cabin was great! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit (wood is provided) and hot tub. Cabin looks exactly as it does in the pictures. One thing to stress - follow the instructions they give for coming and going from hwy 259! All the map apps keep trying to take you down roads that have locked gates!

Super spacious, new cabin

Everything resembled just what the pictures showed. Super serene, plenty of games to play and both bathrooms were super spacious. It was very clean and everything seemed to be in great shape. Only downside was we had wished for a TV near the hot tub or on the patio in general and would just warn that the cabin is a good 15-20 minutes from the main road, you're definitely out there! We just kept that in mind and made sure we made all the stops we needed while in town for the day so we could avoid multiple ventures out. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend!

Out of the Blue

The property was great! Unfortunately we picked a rainy weekend. The electricity went out, but the property manager notified us that they were aware of the outage and had reported it to the electric company. By the time we got back from town the electricity was on. We were worried about the dirt/gravel road because of the rain, but made it in and out to the main road safely several times. Cell phone service was questionable. May want to consider adding some cover to the back porch (so more useful in bad weather). We had a great time, very comfortable, would recommend to others. Even had a fire in the fire pit before the rains moved in! It was a great weekend get away!

10 STAR 🌟CABIN

When I booked this cabin; I was so excited because it was so nicely decorated and modern. When we arrived it was so beautiful from the outside to the inside. Much nicer and cleaner than any “cabin” I have stayed at. It is only about 10 min from lake Marina and town. The owner was helpful and responsive very quick. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE! I didn’t want to leave and that is a first!

We loved staying here. The only drawback was the 5 mile dirt road. That was a bit of a surprise but the cabin is amazing.
