Free parking in the street. 10% REDUCTION ON THE 2nd WEEK FOR ANY FORTNIGHT RENTAL. electricity and wood, NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. In the suburban district of St-Laurent de la Mer, 300 m from the Nouëlles beach, 500 m from the shops, come and stay in this comfortable house, completely renovated in 2012, independent, close to the owner's home. Ideal for exploring the bay of St-Brieuc, the large family beach of Rosaires 4 km away, the port of Légué, St-Brieuc 7 km, Binic, a pretty seaside resort 12 km away.
