"House StrandGut" - newly furnished house only 300m to the beautiful sandy beach in Julianadorp, 75 sqm for up to 6 people with terrace on 375 sqm fenced ground
Welcome to our "House StrandGut"!
We bought our holiday home in 2017 and have renovated and beautified it in 2018 so that we ourselves, but especially our guests can feel really comfortable. You will find a home for yourself and the whole family.
We would be happy to welcome you as our guests in our second season 2019!
"Haus StrandGut" has one of the largest plots (375 sqm) in the extensive holiday park "Strandslag". The fenced garden invites you to play games for little and big people! On the invisible, wind-protected and south-facing terrace, the first morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun while still in a pajamas - in the evening, the terrace invites you to a cozy end to a beautiful day's holiday. For the barbecue, a Weber grill is available to our guests. The park's playground and sports field is especially popular with children. Many friendships have already developed here.
The holiday home itself has a very large, open to the roof living room, which merges into the kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and has an oven, microwave and a very easy to use gas stove with four burners. In the sufficiently available kitchen cabinets you will find everything you need for cooking and eating.
The 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) are decorated in white and light gray tones and each have 2 beds. The bathroom and the separate toilet can be found on the ground floor and are equipped with new washbasins. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a modern Grohe shower head.
In summer you will enjoy the miles of sandy beaches and the North Sea, only 300 meters away. In the cold and stormy season, the fireplace offers a cozy and cozy atmosphere, which you will enjoy after a day of fresh sea air. In spring you will be amazed by the tulip splendor in the direct neighborhood and the excursion possibilities (also by bicycle)!
Julianadorp aan Zee is located in North Holland and is z. B. from Dusseldorf in less than 3 hours. Alkmaar, Amsterdam or a trip to the island of Texel from Den Helder (10 minutes from Julianadorp) are ideal for day trips.
By the way, Julianadorp has the most hours of sunshine in all of the Netherlands!
