The generous 4/ 5-room apartment (on 2 storeys) has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 3 persons, living room with table, three-piece suite, well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable furniture with TV, VHS, radio, dishwasher, and so on; 2 toilets (bathroom and shower), sunny balcony and underground car park, restful situation, 10 min. by bus, St. Moritz-centre is close by; a ski bus goes every 20 min. at 9.00h directly to the cable car Marguns (5min. by bus, 10 min. if you walk).


Cozy location: The apartment is away from the main street in a windproof, sunny area at the foot of the engiadina mountains. Typical engiadina mountain village with original character.

Winter: During wintertime we are a very familyfriendly and one of the best european skiing areas from end of november to end of april. The area offers modern cable car, half-pipe with jumps for snowboarders, 8 skilifts and 200 km of skiruns from 2000-3500 m altitude, 6 km enlightet sledge run, 150 km of cross-country skiing trails and a bobrun. Cosy après-skiing offers.

Summer: In summertime we are a hiking paradise and offer guided hikes and mountain tours (ice safari), tennis, windsurfing, kitesurfing, bungee-jumping, rafting, fotosafari, mountain-biking and a public swimmingpool. In Engadin the sun shines 322 days a year: it's a swiss record!!

Great location. Well appointed chalet

The Chalet is well-equipped. We enjoyed the games and hanging in the main living area. The location is perfect, and we stored our skis at Marguns and walked there within 10 minutes. The skiing was great. The WorldCup bob sled was in town and watching that was a thrill. However, we were 6 adults in the chalet, and it was very tight.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Raumaufteilung für unsere 3-Generationen-Ferien optimal. Celerina ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach St. Moritz oder z.B. ins Puschlav. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte unkompliziert und rasch. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Perfect gelegen appartement.

Fijn appartement met prima kookgelegenheid. Prima bedden en dicht gelegen bij de skilift of busstation om de andere skigebieden te bezoeken. Het gebied is echt prachtig. Ik heb al heel wat skigebieden gezien maar oh wat is het hier mooi! Echt genoten.

Als Wiederkehrer wussten wir, was uns im Haus Panorama erwartete. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, welche wir zum Kochen und Wohnen benötigten. Die Lage ist super und der Skibus ein wahres Highlight.

Schönes Wetter, guter Schnee, gute Lage der Wohnung und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Anlagen.

Die Wohnung bot genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Das Bad im Obergeschoss mit abgeschrägtem Dach war ok, doch schwierig für grosse Menschen. Die Treppe zum Erreichen des Obergeschosses ist steil und nicht empfehlenswert für ältere Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr grosszügig und wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst.

Wohnungsbeschreibung und Wohnung passen sehr gut zusammen. Wohnung ideal an Skibushaltestelle (alle halbe Stunde) gelegen. Zum Bäcker/Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 10min. Fussweg. Skigebiet sehr gepflegt und nicht überfüllt. Vermieter sehr hilfreich und rasch bei Rückfragen.

Ideal für Familien

Sehr gepflegte und schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Auch für Kinder sehr geeignet, da viele Spielsachen für drinnen und draußen vorhanden sind. Kontakt und Abläufe mit dem Vermieter sehr lobenswert. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Very good

There was enough space for everyone and the kids really liked the 'sleeping loft' area upstairs. Two bathrooms was a plus. There was lots of bedding and towels. Location was good and very quiet. The owner was very good about helping us get the wi-fi going.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Das Haus entspricht völlig der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gut und großzügig ausgestattet, zum Beispiel Badetücher, Skidepot im Keller und Küchenaustattung. Sehr angenehm ist auch die Nähe von Marguns Gondelbahn, Bushaltestelle für Shuttelservice bis zur Talstation vor dem Haus. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit sechs Personen und das Haus hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

This apartment is more a house and offer more than everything you can expect from a private property. After a detailed explanation of all information needed to get to the apartment, the owner give lots of insider advices for sightseeing / restaurant destination. We will come back next year. Very cozy and warm apps with big living room

Very cozy and warm apps with big living room. All you need for everyday life you will find there: all possible kitchen facilities, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, ..., even different table games, quality WI-FI, good TV. It was always easy to get in touch with Antonio by E-mail. If we'd like to visit St. Moritz region once more we will keep these apps. in our mind.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung am Ortsrand von Celerina welche ausreichend Platz bietetet für bis zu 5 Erw.und 2Kinder. Vom Balkon Sicht auf Muottas Muragl. Räumlichkeiten Im Dachgeschoß nur über steileTreppe zu erreichen.Küche klein aber mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht. Diele im Eingangsbereich bei Winterurlaub vielleicht etwwas eng. Wir fühlten uns während des Aufenthaltes mit 3 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen gut aufgehoben.

Danke, gerne wieder! Für Familien, die ihre Ferien bei uns wieder verbringen, gewähren wir ihnen einen reduzierten Metpreis. Eine Präzisierung: in Winter haben unsere Ski-Gäste die Möglichkeit im Kellerraum Ski, Jacken sowie Schuhe zu deponieren und damit den Eingangsraum nicht zu überfüllen zu müssen.

Quartier in Celerina

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene Personen nicht geeignet. Eventuell für Familien mit vier Kindern im Alter bis 14 Jahre. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist o.k., doch der Dachausbau ist mit "Hühnertreppe" und primitiver Möbelierung unzumutbar. Der Eingangsbereich ist zu eng für 6 Paar Skischuhe, Schneeboots u.a. Dem Vermieter wäre anzuraten, seinen eigenen Kellerraum zum Skiraum, mit einer Bank zum Schuhe anziehen, anzubieten.

Wir bedauern, dass unsere Wohnung anscheinend nicht den Bedürfnissen des Mieters entsprochen hat. Wir sind aber auch überrascht, da die Räumlichkeiten und deren Einrichtung ausführlich auf unserer Homepage beschrieben und auf Fotos ersichtlich dargestellt werden. Wir sind der Meinung, dass die Wohnung mit zwei Nasszellen mit jeweils Dusche und WC, 7 Betten verteilt auf 3 Zimmer und das grosszügige Wohnzimmer genügend Platz für 7 Personen bietet, sowohl für eine Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen als auch für eine Familie mit Kindern. Zusätzlichen Stauraum, beispielsweise für die Ski, hat es im UG neben dem Waschraum. Für den Mietpreis orientieren wir uns an den ortsüblichen Tarifen sowie an Ausschreibungen anderer Vermieter. Gerne nehmen wir aber jederzeit Anregungen entgegen und überdenken, was wir allenfalls verbessern könnten, um unseren Mietern ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung so schön wie möglich gestalten zu können.
