About this property

Idyllic, coastal finca with infinity pool and beautiful landscape views

The house was built in the traditional Mallorcan style on a scenic idyllic plot of 16000 m². The finca "Na Toni" is absolutely quiet and yet you can quickly get to numerous beaches and coastal towns or Villages. The beautiful historic town of Santanyí in the southeast of the island can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is only 2 to 3 km to the beautiful bays of Es LLombards, Es Moro and S´Almunia.

If you sit at the house on the terrace you have an overwhelming view of the garden, over the pool into the unobstructed landscape. The house offers total privacy and is perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

The entrance area leads to the open living area with a cozy fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. In addition to the large cooking area and various household aids, there is also a large fridge / freezer. A washing machine is located in the adjacent utility room.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. In both bedrooms on the upper floor there are very comfortable box spring beds with a comfortable size of 2m width and 2.10m length. The bathrooms are also en suite.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are also equipped with very comfortable beds and with a pleasant size of 1.80 m in width and 2.00 m in length. These two rooms share a bathroom on the ground floor. A cot (1.25m length) is also available.

The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth for the cool months of the year.

On the covered terrace you can take your meals as well as relax in the lounge furniture.
On the lower terrace, which is set up around the overflow pool, you can relax on the loungers while sunbathing or you can look for a shady spot in the garden. The pool is easily accessible via convenient steps.

The sun shines on the property all day until late in the evening. The terrace, the pool and the garden are bathed in a warm light in the evening and there is a wonderful atmosphere - just wonderful for sundowners and dinners.

There is free internet in the house as well as a Bluetooth sound system and satellite TV.

This was our third time staying here which I think speaks for itself!! The villa is heavenly. It is so peaceful, there is so much surrounding land belonging to the villa with no houses in sight nearby just a few far in the distance. To sit on the terrace looking out the beautiful pool and views into the distance is so relaxing. The pool is amazing, clean, fresh and fantastic for doing real lengths and practising your own and kids swimming. Nearby roads are great for running. The rooms are all comfortable and large with great air conditioning. It’s such a beautiful place.

Beautiful

This is our second time staying here and yet again we loved it. The size of the pool is amazing you can actually get some really great swimming done, our children loved it too. It’s such fresh water. The gardens are beautiful, immaculate and the views from the terrace so relaxing. The bedrooms are all very large in size, with incredibly comfortable beds, great storage and perfectly working AC in summer months which is so needed. if we had to give any feedback we’d say it would be great to have a larger/ additional fridge freezer as for a party of 8 we did struggle to fit everything in and a few small side tables next to loungers by the pool would be great too. But this is a really magical place and location to stay.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, haben es sehr genossen. Einmal die Woche Reinigung und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Maria war immer erreichbar und direkte Anwort. Man fühlt sich sicher und im Haus gab es alles was man brauchte. Auch mit der Eigentümerin einen sehr schönen Kontakt. Fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Alles sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet, der Pool und die Außenanlagen mega schön. Die Aussicht sensationell. Ruhe pur. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Perfekte Erholung

Wer die Ruhe und Erholung sucht kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Pool - eingebettet in einen sehr gepflegten Garten - ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern im Vorfeld unserer Anreise war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank dafür!

Was für ein wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus bietet alles für einen tollen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Angefangen von der Anordnung der großzügigen Zimmer - über die komplette Ausstattung der offenen Küche (z.B. Kaffeevollautmat, scharfe Messer, uvm.) bis hin zur Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz für die Morgensonne. Es ist wirklich alles so gepflegt wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Der Pool wurde einmal die Woche gesäubert und auch die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher ausgetauscht.Das Haus liegt zwar etwas versteckt, jedoch hat man dadurch keine Nachbarn. Wer also die Ruhe genießen möchte, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 km entfernt und haben bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca kommen (und das ist sicher) würden wir gerne wieder dort wohnen. Denn hier stimmt alles!!

Entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Finca

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Ein perfekter Platz für Erholungssuchende abseits von Trubel und Massentourismus. Die Finca hatte jeden Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht, eine super ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern bequeme Outdoormöbel und einen großen und sauberen Salzwasserpool (dieser wird allerdings schnell tief, was den Badespass für kleinere Kinder oder Nichtschwimmern eventuell etwas einschränken könnte) Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und auch die Einweisung bzw.Begrüßung durch Maria war sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, daher ist es wunderbar ruhig. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell beim Supermarkt, Restaurant oder an einer Badebucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super nett, so dass wir die Finca Na Toni bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen können.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer tollen Finca. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge über die Insel oder zu den schönen Stränden der Umgebung. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Traumhafter Pool, traumhafte Aussicht usw. usw.. Wir würden definitiv hier nochmal Urlaub machen.

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

We did it again. Na Toni ist Urlaub pur. Es gibt für uns keinen besseren Ort unseren Jahresurlaub zu verbringen. Ab der ersten Sekunde beginnt die Erholung. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor Ort kümmert sich ein nettes einheimisches Ehepaar um alle Dinge rund um das tolle Haus, den genialen Pool und den wunderschönen Garten. Uns fallen schon keine Superlativen mehr ein, um den perfekten Urlaub dort zu beschreiben. Es ist einfach Na Toni. Weltklasse. Wir kommen wieder. Familie Go und Familie Eberhardt

Einfach nur perfekt!!

Wir hatten eine super gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, sehr kulant und easy mit diversen Corona Verschiebungen. Das Haus ist mit das Beste was wir je gemietet haben. Tolle Betten, super Ausstattung, es ist ALLES genügend vorhanden (Teller, Gläser, Kindergeschirr…). Die Lage des Hauses ist genial, in 5 Min ist man am Strand, in 7 Minuten beim Supermarkt und dem schönsten Markt der Insel, in Santanyi. Das Grundstück ist außerordentlich gepflegt, der Pool groß und jederzeit sauber. Maria und Ihr Team kommen jede Woche und halten Haus und Hof top in Schuss. Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, möchten auf jeden Fall ganz bald wiederkommen, es waren wunderschöne 3 Wochen!!!

Wundervolle Finca mit tollem Pool

Wir, zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und es gibt auch ausreichend Schatten und Rasen zum Spielen. Der abendliche Blick von der Terrasse auf die Landschaft und den leuchtenden Pool - vermissen wir schon jetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der Finca Na Toni und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Wunderschöne Finca, toller Pool, schöner Garten. Sehr nette Vermieterin und das gilt auch für die Ansprechperson vor Ort. Was soll ich noch schreiben, einfach genial und wunderbar.Danke für die Erholung in schwierigen Zeiten.

Schöne Finca mit viel Platz

Eine tolle Woche mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern. Der Weg zur Finca ist etwas beschwerlich, aber in gewisser Weise hatte das auch Urlaubscharakter.

Beautiful villa

I have been coming to Mallorca for 25 years and have stayed in a lot of villas during that time. This is definitely one of the best. For this region- usually flatter land, to have the beautiful, far reaching and varied views as you sit on terrace or by pool is great. The gardens are beautiful and very carefully maintained. The pool area is simply a dream. Inside, it is spacious, stylish, clean. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have seen. I slept better here in the very comfortable bed than I have done in months at home! Both the owner and property manager are very helpful and friendly. We hope to book soon for next year!

Traumurlaub

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Finca. Es war wieder überragend schön. Die neuen Besitzer haben viele sinnvolle Dinge installiert und verbessert. Es macht einfach sehr viel Spaß dort Urlaubszeit mit Kindern und Freunden zu verbringen. Schon am ersten Tag, fühlt man sich erholt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
