Dear guests, Villa Nikol, is a new complex with swimming pool and can accommodate 8 people.
I am the owner of the Villa Vita, which is right next to the Villa Nikol, I have been working with a flat for 3 years and we are permanently employed.
So the resort will have 4 bedrooms with satellite TV and each room has a bathroom and a toilet.
shared kitchen, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed with satellite TV, terrace, 2 balconies, the object is fully air conditioned, also rooms. WI-FI included in the price
Outdoor deck chair, ping pong and top quality barbecue.
Reservations are made equal to 50% of the price for this period of stay.
can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday

Traumhafte Villa mit einem supernetten Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Nikol war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag perfekt. Vom Check-Inn mit unserem freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Vermieter der jegliche Fragen schnell beantwortete und uns immer mit Rat und Tat per Telefon/Whatsapp zur Verfügung stand bis hin zur Ausstattung der Villa und des jeden Tag genutzten Pools. Rundum ein herrlicher Urlaub in einer traumhaften Location.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut

Die Villa war sehr schön. Die Nachbarn haben aber leider sehr genervt und haben sich durch die Musik tagsüber, sowie unser Zusammensitzen und reden sehr gestört gefühlt, dass sie zwei mal die Polizei riefen.

Eine sehr ungehorsame und undisziplinierte Gruppe, die glaubt, wenn sie ein Haus mietet, kann sie den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht feiern und Lärm machen! trotz meiner Warnung, dass die Polizei gerufen wird, wenn sie die öffentliche Ordnung und den Frieden stört! das ist passiert! Nach fünf Jahren Miete musste zum ersten Mal die Polizei kommen, um sie zu beruhigen. eine sehr arrogante und verantwortungslose Gruppe. Der Tisch im Freien und das verschiebbare Moskitonetz auf der Terrasse wurden beschädigt!

Perfekter Urlaub

Ein Traumhaus mit superschönen Pool. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber perfekt für alle Ausflüge. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vedran ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Danke für alles !

Wunderschöne Villa mit Salzwasser Pool

Eine wunderschöne Villa , schön eingerichtet , alles was man braucht vorhanden . Toller Pool mit Salzwasser , Außenbereich sehr einladend zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Der Gastgeber Vedran sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten unsere Aufenthalt in Villa Nikol sehr genossen😎

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Neben dem schönen Haus hat uns vor allem der Pool (Salz statt Chlor und beheizbar) begeistert. Vedran war ein sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst sympathischer Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Wunderschönes Haus, gut gelegen und sehr sauber.

Der Vermieter Vedran, ist sehr freundlich, war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist genauso wie in die Bilder da gestellt... einfach perfekt!!! Wir hatten ein toller Zeit.

Beautiful house in a nice a quiet place!

This house is beautiful and comfortable, full of all you need for a relaxing vacation in a good and quiet place as Krk is. Vedran was so kind and sympathetic. I recommend this villa to everyone that want to visit Krk island!
