In the lower part of the village, a terraced house on 2 levels comprising a 52 m² gîte adjoining the owners' apartment on the ground floor and another gîte upstairs (51362 - entrance hall common to both gîtes). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with one single bed (90x190 cm) - One bedroom with one double bed (140x190 cm) - One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that cannot be joined together - Small shower room - Toilet Access via steep village lanes with narrow passages Tenants of gîte 51362 and the owners pass in front of the terrace No Free mobile network coverage - 35 m² terrace at the front of the gîte - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Free parking spaces in the village square below the gîte (maneuvering required) - Washing machine shared between the two gîtes - Dishwasher - Combination microwave oven - Freezer compartment - Filter coffee maker - Television - Hair dryer - An electric vehicle charging station is available 300 meters away meters from the cottage (cemetery parking lot) Enjoy village life in Balagne for a successful holiday in an ideally located cottage!
