About this property

Charming apartment on the mountainside near the sea

Our cozy apartment is located on a hillside on the outskirts of Villaputzu (Localita Cristolu Podda) with stunning sea views.
The sea is about 5 minutes by car (Porto Corallo)

Villaputzu is located on the beautiful east coast of Sardinia.

Of course, the island invites you to swim in the summer. Beautiful beaches (Porto Tramatzu, Porto Corallo, Murtas, Costa Rei, Cala Figu, Cala Pira etc) can be reached within a few kilometers within 5-30 minutes.

But even the spring and the late summer offer numerous opportunities to spend a relaxing and beautiful holiday hiking, trekking or motorcycling on the beautiful island.

Our house consists of 2 separate apartments with 2 separate entrances. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The 115qm large and very well equipped apartment offers a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious terrace with sea views invites you to relax.

After Villaputzu is about 2 km.
Nearest shops: Villaputzu (2 km), Muravera (5 km), San Vito (5 km). Car is required.

The sea / beach to Porto Corallo is about 3 km. Within a few kilometers (3--30km) are other beautiful beaches to reach (Porto Tramatzu, Murtas, Costa Rei, Cala Figu, Cala Pira. Car is required.

Restaurants, pizzerias are within a few minutes drive either near the beach or in the surrounding villages Villaputzu, Muravera or San Vito.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area. Surrounded by beautiful nature.
If you wish a quiet and relaxing holiday, you will feel at home with us.

Most pleasant stay!

The joy already started before our holiday even started as we had such pleasant contact with Sabine and Salvatore. It was easy to get in contact with them and they reacted very quickly on our messages. When we needed something during our stay they came right away. The house was very clean and had everything we could wish for. There were even plenty of toys for young kids! I really recommend this holiday home/apartment when you are planning to go the south-east of Sardinia!

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Villaputzu.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.Sabine und Salvatore waren fantastische Gastgeber angefangen mit der online Kommunikation vor der Reise, über die Unterstützung und Hilfe bei der Anreise und bei Restaurantreservierungen bis hin zu vielen guten Tipps und freundlichen Gesprächen.Vielen Dank...das waren mehr als 5 von 5 Sternen.Wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien kommen, sind die beiden auf jeden Fall wieder erste Anlaufstelle.

Immer gerne wieder!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Appartement. Es war alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände und Buchten in der Nähe und auch die Hauptstadt Cagliari ist nur etwas über eine Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten das Glück die Vermieter dort anzutreffen und gemeinsame Zeit zu verbringen. Für uns eine unvergessliche Zeit! Lieben Dank! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort!

We enjoyed out time in this beautiful appartment

The appartment is really big and well equipped with everything you need. The view is very nice and the environment is calm. The location is very well connected so you can easily explore this part of the island. The owner is very nice and the communication was really helpful to understand the appartment and especially the garbage collection requirements :-) Thank you very much. We recommend to stay there though there are a few minor downsides: - the innerspring mattraces have a very thin cover so you can feel every spring. - we spend much time on the balcony but there is no comfortable chair (e.g. canvas chair) - the water is only luke warm which is fine for the shower but not so cofortable to do the dishes. We had to heat water on the stove to get hot water for the purpose.

Tranquillità e grandi camere

E' bello trovare un appartamento così curato ! Lo consigliamo per i grandi spazi interni, l'estrema pulizia, la dotazione (abbondanti stoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici, ben ammobiliato). La loggia è sempre ombreggiata, vivibile a tutte le ore, per i pasti e il relax. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla (si dorme benissimo). La vista mare è apprezzabile, anche se abbastanza distante. E' necessario un mezzo di trasporto autonomo per il mare e le spese. Sabine è sempre a disposizione, gentilissima, con preziosi consigli.

sehr schöne, praktische Wohnung in Hanglage

Die Gegend um Villaputzu ist landschaftlich sehr interessant, ein wasserreiches Delta- noch dazu von Touristen weitgehend verschont. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, für 2 Paare gut geeignet und gleichzeitig sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Familie Secci ist jederzeit erreichbar und ansprechbar. Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub dort.

Casa nuovissima, ben arredata e molto grande ideale anche per 2 famiglie.Proprietari gentili disponibili e discreti. La casa è in posizione panoramica, a 5 minuti un auto dal mare è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le spiagge che sono tutte meritevoli.
