Cozy sleeping spot just 1 mile from downtown! Only a 5 minute drive to Mizzou :)

Apartment 101 is tucked in behind the big house and surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence for a cozy hideaway with the perfect rooms for a restful sleep.
Guests stay with us for lots of reasons:
-To get rest after a long drive cross country
-Crash after a concert at The Blue Note (or Rose Music Hall, Cafe Berlin)
-Stay over before appointments at the University of Missouri (academic or medical)
-Visit Mizzou for a football game or Family Weekend
No matter the Missouri weather, you'll find comfortable bedrooms, temperature-control, open kitchen/dining area, living room space with couch and Roku-enable TV. Wi-fi is available free throughout the apartment. Parking is in front of the building and inside the privacy fence with a locking gate for security. Guests have access to the patio with an umbrella, table, and chairs to enjoy the sunshine or stars. Ask host about using the gas grill, firepit, and hammock.

Nice little spot in CoMo

We were in town for Mizzou Graduation. It is nice and very clean. It is no-frills, which was perfect because we literally only were there to sleep. It is very convenient to downtown/Mizzou and very private with a tall fence between the property and the road. We were very happy with our stay.
