Get ready to relax at this unique and tranquil beach getaway! Seven C’s is a gorgeous four-story oceanfront villa with a rooftop entertainment area. With the heated pool, private beach with firepit, and quick walk to the village shops and restaurants, you won't want to leave this slice of paradise! We pride ourselves on Five Star quality, ensuring you will have an amazing stay!

Let’s take a walk through your island oasis! The first floor consists of an entry way with the elevator to take you to the inside floors and a stairway that goes all the way to the rooftop. Straight ahead you will find doors to lead you to the covered and gated pool area which has an outdoor shower and access to the private beach. The second floor has a cute half bath next to the elevator and moves on to the living room. The open floor concept takes you into the dining area accompanied by a quaint sitting area backed by the spacious full kitchen. The large ocean facing deck has a dining area and stairs leading down to the beach. The third floor has the laundry room and two king bedrooms, both with ensuites. The fourth floor has a bedroom with two twin triple bunk beds with ensuite and the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, coffee bar with refrigerator, and personal porch. The rooftop features a grill, prep sink, refrigerator, and a dining spot adorned with enchanting string lights, perfect for savoring sunsets to the soundtrack of the sea. Your island adventure is waiting!

Absolutely fell in love with this property! Perfect beach getaway with everything you need. House was very clean and well stocked. Location was great; restaurants, shops… etc, just a few minutes to walk to. Our family loved the rooftop and main deck for dinners and we enjoyed the fire pit several nights. Loved the beach house!

The house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed being so close to the water. We enjoyed watching dolphins, ships, pelicans diving into the water, and fishermen catching sharks and stingrays from the many decks and balconies. The kitchen was spacious with nice dishes and appliances. We'd love to stay again in the future!

This was our 2nd stay here. Just as amazing as our first trip. Walking distant to lighthouse, pier and restaurants. Spent most of our time on beach. We saw dolphins container ships and sunrise and sunset daily. Perfect location in St. Simon.

So close you feel like you are one a cruise ship at high tide

Fabulous home within walking distance of village and the brewery/beachcomber/crab shack area. Well appointed kitchen and the beach/pool towels available were appreciated. The elevator for my 81 y.o. mom was a Godsend. Perfect location for 3 generations to enjoy SSI.
