Villa with pool Pollensa - Can Roig Guillem

A traditional villa for up to six guests, located in Pollença and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Sandy beaches are no more than a ten-minute drive away.

Finca Can Cladera is situated in the middle of a lovingly tended Mediterranean garden (with orange, lemon, apricot and fig trees). This two-storey holiday home offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. Decorated in a bright and friendly style, Finca Can Cladera is an oasis of peace and serenity. You can play table tennis, relax at the pool or enjoy an evening barbecue during your stay.

The villa has a private pool and is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. In Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay, you will find sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, making them perfect for small children. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beautiful weekly markets where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Villa Rental Majorca is perfect for a family vacation. In 2023 the Villa has been refurbished.



A deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be refunded before departure, minus any damages incurred. In case of excessive use of the air conditioning, electricity will be charged according to consumption. 230 kWh/ week are included. If you spend more the consumption will be charged with 0,26 € / kWh.

Just amazing.

I’ve stayed in many villas in Mallorca over the years but none come close to this one. The outdoor areas are absolutely another level.

We have a wonderful week’s stay. The house has all you could wish for and the gardens are so pretty, well-maintained and secluded. The pool is lovely, a very good size with a large parasol and reclining sun loungers. There is also a ping-ping table and BBQ area. Inside the house has 3 good sized bedrooms, one downstairs with a large bedroom next door, a well equipped kitchen, large sitting and dining area with television and upstairs two good sized bedrooms and one bathroom all with air conditioning. There are several eating and dining areas outside as well as a laundry room. We hired a car (which is a must), as the house is in remote countryside a 10/15 min drive from pollenca or Alcudia. Both have a lot to offer with beaches and restaurants. We had a super stay and would highly recommend anyone to visit here. Thankyou!

Wundervolle Tage im Oktober

Wir kommen seit mehr als zehn Jahren hierher und haben uns auch dieses Mal sehr willkommen gefühlt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, in dieser ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung konnten wir sehr gut entspannen, den Pool nutzen und Ausflüge unternehmen. Auch im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, eingebettet in einem gelungenen Wohnambiente. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit, Lage, Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Der Garten der Finca ist paradiesisch. Ein perfekter Ort zum spielen für die Kids. Aber auch um an verschiedenen schattigen Plätzen der Mittagssonne zu entkommen oder das Abendessen zu genießen. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und wunderbar traditionell eingerichtet. Es war alles vor Ort was man als Familie so braucht. Wir bedanken uns bei der überaus freundlichen Vermieter-Familie Vives und Frau Prager von der Agentur. Uns wurden alle Wünsche schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben met het gezin (3 kinderen, 12,10,3) een fantastische tijd gehad

Woning ligt mooi privé maar stadjes zoals Pollenca en Alcudia BINNEN 10 minuten rijden met de auto maakt dat je erg snel in het bruisende leven bent. Het strand van Alcudia, de marktjes van Pollenca zijn perfect! Ook de eigenaar die in ons langere verblijf tweemaal de tuin moest onderhouden is zeer vriendelijk, echt een aanrader!

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Garten ist traumhaft und riesig. Es gibt sehr viele Orangen- und Zitronenbäume und viele Kräuter. Wir haben gerne Zeit dort verbracht und auch oft gegrillt. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war fabelhaft. Sie hat immer sofort reagiert und uns viele interessanten Tipps gegeben. Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub!

Absoluter Traumurlaub

Wir haben einen Monat unserer Elternzeit hier verbracht und sind komplett begeistert! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat ausreichend Platz für 5 Erwachsene und ein Baby geboten. Phasenweise hatten wir noch Besuch von Freunden mit einem Kleinkind, da war es sehr nützlich, dass sich ein Schlafzimmer unten und die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock befinden, sodass die Kinder sich nicht gegenseitig geweckt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Außenbereich mit mehreren (überdachten) Sitzecken, dem großzügigen Pool und Ausblick auf den traumhaft angelegten und gepflegten Garten mit Orangenbäumen, Palmen und einem wahren Blumenmeer. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und die Antworten kamen quasi sofort. Einmal hatten wir ein Problem mit einem Wespennest, das noch am selben Tag beseitigt wurde. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar, aber dafür sind viele Orte im Radius von einer halben Stunde Fahrt erreichbar. Kurzum: wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen!

Garten und Pool super!

Innenausstattung vor allem die Betten muss dringend erneuert werden. Handtücher sind wirklich eine Zumutung. Geschirr hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Bad im Obergeschoss sehr klein. Terrasse und Garten sind traumhaft und sehr gepflegt.

Super Haus, super Garten, aber Ausstattung etwas angegraut

Wir hatten einen tollen Oktober-Urlaub in diesem Haus in den Feldern zwischen Pollença und Alcudia. Garten Spitze, Pool Spitze, Tischtennis Spitze! Leider kein schönes Licht zum abends lesen. Ein paar Leselampen mit warmem Licht täten gut. Was gar nicht ging, waren die Handtücher und das Bettzeug (sauber, aber grau und stumpf), müssen dringend mal erneuert werden. Ebenso die Küchenausstattung, alles da, aber sehr alt. Trip zum IKEA und alles Tip Top :-)

Great facility with great hosts

We enjoyed our two week stay :-) Especially the pool and garden our 110% in line with our family needs. The house is nice with the right level of facilities. The location is perfect and in no time you can visit beaches, (old) cities and, of course the magnificent nature. Make sure that you have the right level of driving skills: roads are sometimes a bit narrow.

Traumhaft

Eine schöne Finca mit traumhaftem Gartenanlage. Wunderschön mitten in den Orangen und Zitronenbäume. Unsere drei Kinder haben es genossen im Garten verstecken und fangen zu spielen. Es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder die Finca buchen. Sie liegt ausserhalb und somit hört man nur gelegentlich Fahrradfahrer vorbei fahren. Vielen Dank an die freundliche Gastgeberin :-)

Finca mit sehr schönem Pool und liebevoll gepflegtem Garten

Schöne Finca mit überdachtem Außensitz, sehr schönem Pool, eingebettet in einem tollen gepflegten Garten! Die technischen Gerätschaften wie Klimaanlage und Spülmaschine sind älteren Baujahrs, dadurch relativ laut, aber in jedem Fall funktionstüchtig! Zur Lage wäre zu sagen, dass man in etwa 15-20 Minuten mehrere Buchten und Strände zur Auswahl hat! Hervorheben möchten wir noch, dass die Finca samt großem Außenbereich bei Ankunft in einem sehr sauberen Zustand waren! Die Betten könnten etwas länger und komfortabler sein, aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub auf der Finca in vollen Zügen genossen!

Sehr schön gelegene ruhige Finca in der schönsten Ecke Mallorcas

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, gut gepflegten Finca wirklich genossen. Die Nähe zu Pollenca, Alcudia etc. lässt keine Langeweile aufkommen. Der zugehörige Pool ist sauber und gepflegt und bereichert den Aufenthalt. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen plus einem Kleinkind dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.

Perfect little retreat for relaxation!

The villa was lovely; well appointed with beautiful gardens full of orange trees. Pool was a very good size considering the villa only sleeps 6. Perfect location to explore local area including Port de Pollensa and Pollensa, both of which are very picturesque with great atmospheres.
