This house is in a great location and was nicely cleaned. Sufficient but not cozy. Better pillows, some throw blankets, and more sufficient supplies (we had less than a roll of toilet paper and an empty shampoo bottle) would make this a more comfortable stay.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and has a good layout, with the master bedroom on one side and two more bedrooms on the other side of the house.

The house in a great location to carter finley stadium. And to all the surrounding restaurants and things todo. My only complaint was the leaves in the back on deck and yard. There was at least a foot of them on porch i swept it off to be able to sit out there. And in the yard there were so many we were nervous to use the fire pit. Other than that we had a great stay.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

We had such a great stay! The host is super responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! Also very close to everything you could need. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to NC! Thank you!!

Very nice and comfortable

Stayed for an event at the Fairgrounds. The location could not have been any better. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the back patio. Will be requesting to book next year

Property was as advertised, great neighborhood. Check in process was super easy. Plenty of cleaning resources. The only improvement to suggest would be an increase in availability and quality of kitchen tools.

- Great house and location- Check in and out super easy- Master bath toilet handle sticks- Vase in hall bathroom cracked and cut one of occupants- Need more glasses, wine glasses, dinner plates, towels, and blankets- yard needs mowing

Awesome!

Our family (kids, parents, grandparents) stayed for the weekend and attended a concert at Lenovo Arena and went to the NC State Fair. The location was perfect and cut down/eliminated driving in traffic. The property met all our needs!

Nice house, coveinent location. Easy check in/out process. Owner quick to respond with answer to question. Fire pit was great. House was clean. Suggest bringing own towels. Overall great experience.

Great location for an event at Wake Med Soccer Complex. Nice neighborhood and a nice house. House could use a deep cleaning and it needs to have more housewares. They basically have nothing to cook with and very few towels or basic necessities. If you want to cook or need to do any laundry while you're there then you will need to bring all that stuff with you. No extra bedding or pillows so bring that as well.

Lovely house in a great location

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was literally 7 minute drive from every location we went to (Raleigh Fairgrounds, grocery store, restaurants, Target etc). This seems to be a fairly recent renovation and didn't have much to do in the house other than watch TV (hence the Target run to grab some board games) so depending on your group's needs you may need to bring your own fun. Nothing worth losing a star over.House was had plenty of space, was clean and well kept and had most of what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

We visited for freshman orientation at NC State and were very comfortable in this house. It was a very easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Left some private comments for small things that needed attention for the owner and they were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would potentially rent this home again for our next visit.

Modern Two Bedroom

The home had everything we needed and the owners thought of everything. Plugs and lights everywhere. Lush sheets and towels. Clean, modern furnishings. An all around great stay. We came for NCSU Parents Weekend and it was 10-15 away from campus.

Excellent Property and Owner.

Stayed here for an extended weekend trip to Raleigh in April 2022. The house was remodeled in excellent style. Back yard deck and fire pit was very nice to have. Super comfy beds. Huge TV in Living room. Owner was polite and communicative. No issues at all. Great Place!

Nice ranch home

Nice size home in quiet neighborhood. Good layout. Nice furnishings. Convenient to everything. Kitchen a little sparse but we used paper products. Would rent again and recommend this property. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries.

Nice place needs a deep clean

Nice place but there were only 4 towels for 6 people. Bathroom smelled like piss and the front storm door had no handle to open it kitchen floor was sticky and they didn’t even have a broom or mop pantry was also very dirty on the floor. Other than that a nice place. I asked for early check in and they said yes I can go at 1 then right before I was told the listing says 3 but the cleaners should be done by 2. I was out front waiting at 1 and there were never any cleaners there.

Beware

I’m not sure where to begin, perhaps with the roaches? The smell of gas? The pill found under a bed or the wires taped together exposed in a cabinet? No wood for the firepit was also not mentioned in the listing (but you can arrange to buy some!) The light switch taped in the kitchen, the lack of comforters or bed skirts or only 1 towel/hand cloth per visitor, the inadequate supply of dishes was very stressful. The rude communication was a put off, as was the lawn keeper arriving without warning. On the bright side, the owner had promised to improve on these things (and did send sometime in to spray for roaches while we were there) Hopefully he will hold to this,.

I have never written a review before but have stayed in a number of VRBO properties. We give this property a failing score. When we arrived, the heat was not working. Contacted the host who responded the next morning. He was able to have the system repaired before we had another night at 62 degrees. This was appreciatedNoticed there was a valley in the mattress/bed in the MBR. Second night noticed the valley in the mattress was getting worse. Contacted the host after the third night of terrible sleep and sent a picture. Host texted “they would check to see if they could get a new mattress on short notice and would also run it by maintenance guy to see any option available to help.” No further contact! It wasn’t feasible to find alternative accommodation for 5 people on short notice, so we tried to sleep sideways on the broken mattress/bed for the next three nights. Without any response from the host or even an offer of a partial refund we would not recommend staying at this property until the MBR bed is fixed. Our guest also complained about the following: Hot water temperature was dangerously hot. Shower in the hall bath did not drain. Towels were poor quality. TV did not work as advertised; we weren’t able to mirror any of our devices satisfactorily.This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Carter-Finley and the Lenovo Center. With all the issues we had with this property, all three families will stay in one of the nearby hotels next time we
