La Coma de'n Joan is located 1 km from Pollensa (5 minutes by car) and is also within walking distance (30 minutes) from the village. Like a small 'witch's cottage', the comfortable small country house for up to 4 people is nestled in a 30,000 m2 rural finca plot, authentic, rustic, charming and natural.



Over two gates and through a wonderfully natural landscape you reach the entrance to the house with a massive wooden door. The outdoor area is spacious. On the right you will find a romantic seat under an oak tree. Left hand and surrounded by a small forest and meadows the fully equipped terrace and the 8x4 m2 pool with skin-friendly salt water. By the pool there are 4 sun loungers and a parasol. The patio area has a dining table with seating for up to 6 people, a Weber barbecue for charcoal and a cozy sofa set. Through the massive wooden door you reach the entrance area of ​​the house, on the right the dining area with a great wooden table, on the left the living room area with sofa and armchair. Straight ahead you get into the spacious fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table for up to four people. The terrace can be entered from the living room as well as from the kitchen. From here it goes to the first floor, in which the two bedrooms (Bedroom1 bed with queen size bed 160x200 cm and Bedroom2 with 2 beds of 100x200 cm each) and the main bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor in the patio area at the house. La Coma has an air con in both bedrooms and a Wifi Internet access. This villa is a quaint nice and comfortable little country house, for people who love to spend time in nature.

gorgeous house with lovely pool surrounded by nature

We, a family of 4 with kids 11y and 15y stayed here for one week and had a very calm and pleasant stay. The house is complete and clean and provided with airconditioned bedrooms. The big kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook whatever you desire. The garden provides several sitting places to find a spot in the shade and gives you great views on the pool, garden, the old trees and the big rock. The house is on one side protected by the mountain where wild goats walked by now and then. Supermarket is 5-10 drive and has everything. Beaches of Polenca were clean and not as crowded although we where there mid August. We would love to come back.

Traditional home with stunning surroundings.

Just returned from a two week stay at this beautiful traditional home. The villa is located just outside the town of Pollenca. It is possible to walk into the town- takes about 25 minutes. We did this often, but a car is needed for elsewhere. The villa is just like the photos and the grounds are stunning. We really enjoyed the lovely pool and the views. Karin our host was lovely and best to contact on the phone. Juan the handy man was wonderful. He came regularly to clean the pool and brought us pastries and figs from the trees in the grounds. The villa itself was extremely clean when we arrived and we had fresh towels and linen during our stay. The town of Pollensa is wonderful and we ate out regularly. We loved everything about our stay- the villa was peaceful and a delight to come back to in the afternoons. We would absolutely recommend.

Hervorragend 😊

Wir haben hier auf der Finca zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr nett eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles , was man braucht. Es gibt viele nette Sitzgelegenheiten und kleine und größere Terrassen um das Haus. Die Kinder fanden den Pool hervorragend, wo wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Die Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern haben glücklicherweise sehr gut funktioniert, denn es war wirklich sehr heiss in der Zeit ( bis fast 40 Grad tagsüber ). Die Finca liegt etwas abgelegen und ist über die letzten 100 m nur über einen etwas engen Weg erreichbar. Deswegen sollte man eher einen kleinen Wagen mieten oder Vollkasko haben, denn Kratzer sind schnell passiert. Wir sind aufgrund der Temperaturen nur mit dem Auto nach Pollenca gefahren , auch wenn es theoretisch möglich wäre zu laufen. Das dürfte in der Nebensaison angenehmer sein. Pollenca ist ein sehr netter Ort mit vielen Boutiquen und Restaurants, wo man schöne Abende verbringen kann. Die Gegend hat insgesamt einiges zu bieten, auch wenn wir aufgrund der Hitze weniger Tagesausflüge gemacht haben als geplant. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ! Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Finca.

Die Finca bietet alles für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich, einer brachte uns sogar am Morgen Croissants mit. Der Pool ist toll und es gibt verschiedenste Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten. Pollença ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ursprüngliche Finca am Waldesrand

10 Tage Ruhe und Erholung genießen, das war unser Ziel. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern 20/23 haben wir die Zeit genossen. Ein Auto sollte man haben, denn zu Fuß sind es stramme 20 Minuten ins Zentrum von Pollença. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wald des angrenzenden Hausberges. Nachts kommt man sich vor wie im Urwald auch wg. der Geräuschkulisse. Leider konnten wir der Aussenbereich später abends nur wenig nutzen, denn es gab viele Mosquitos. Eine regelrechte Plage in diesem Jahr, wie uns gesagt wurde. Im OG gibt es 1 Bad fr 4 Personen. Die Dusche unten funktioniert aber auch gut sowohl nach dem Pool wie auch sonst. Sehr schön und eher selten ist die grosse Wiese zwischen dem Poolbereich und der Terrasse.

Perfekte Mischung aus ländlich-ruhiger Lage und Stadtnähe

Wir sind langjährige Pollença-Reisende und haben verschiedene Fincas kennengelernt. Mit La Coma hat die Suche nach dem für uns (Paar zwischen 50 und 60) perfekten Haus ein Ende und wir waren gerade zum 3. Mal dort. Die Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und das große Grundstück ist naturnah gestaltet mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Puig Maria. Dennoch erreicht man das wunderschöne Pollença mit vielen empfehlenswerten Restaurants und Geschäften über eine kleine, wenig befahrene Straße, die auch bei Nacht gut begehbar ist, in 20 min zu Fuß. Die Finca selbst ist sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos geben es alles zutreffend wieder. Die moderne Küche lässt wirklich nichts vermissen, die Betten beider Schlafzimmer sind bequem. Ein kleines, aber feines Detail: die meisten Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind, so dass man im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei und vor allem geräuschlos. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Karin Vogt und ihren Mann Jaume war professionell und herzlich zugleich und wir konnten uns mit jedem Anliegen und jeder Frage an sie wenden. Wir kommen sicher wieder. -/-

Four of stayed here in June 2022 after a delay of 2 years due to Covid restrictions! The house was fantastic, peaceful, private with lovely grounds and a great pool. The standard of fixtures and fittings was great with a really nice outside kitchen/ barbecue area. Just far enough out of Pollença to feel rural but an easy/ pleasant walk in. Pollença is fantastic with a great array of bars and restaurants. Will almost certainly book this property again some time.

Eine Woche im September 2021

Super Lage, himmlische Ruhe, Natur rundherum und tolle Aussicht auf den Puig de Maria. Pollenca fußläufig in 15 Min zu erreichen. Finca geräumig und gut eingerichtet, draußen mehrere Sitzplätze und ein Pool. Jeden Morgen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse umgeben von Ruhe und Natur genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Idyllisches Landhaus in wunderschöner Landschaft

Die absolut ruhig gelegene Finca direkt an einen Steineichenwald bietet Erholung pur. Es gibt rund um das Haus viele liebevoll gestaltete Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen und um die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Der große Pool bot uns eine sehr willkommene Abkühlung. Sowohl die Besitzer als auch die deutschsprachige Verwalterin waren überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub in der Villa La Coma war sehr erholsam und wir können diese auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Coma. The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything you might need. Lovely comfy beds. The pool was great and kept our 11 year old very happy. The location is perfect for a quiet get away which is just what we wanted. We loved everything about our stay (apart from the mozzies!) Peaceful retreat

You know you're close to nature when you see wild mountain goats and a pine marten wandering around on the mountain behind the house. (We even spotted a couple of hedgehogs wandering around the plot.) Even then, it was a relatively quick walk into town, making it a really enjoyable and welcoming retreat to recharge in. The finca is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Even though we had a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay, Jaume and Karin were incredibly responsive and courteous, and were able to resolve everything without delay. We'd definitely recommend the house, and the team as excellent hosts, and look forward to booking again. We cannot fault anything even the minor issues were forgotten quickly!

Idyllische Zweisamkeit

Ein naturnaher Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Großzügiger Garten in ruhiger Lage mit Ausblick auf Wiesen und Berge. In den bequemen Betten war der Schlaf sehr erholsam. Pool, Grillplatz und Tischtennisplatte rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unglaublich schön!

Auch und gerade in Corona-Zeiten ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen! Fußläufig zu Pollenca, so dass man ohne Weiteres das Auto auch mal stehenlassen kann. Das weitläufige Grundstück selber bietet herrliche Stille und einen grandiosen Blick auf die Berge. Schon bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein Willkommenspaket, für Wasser, Kaffee und einen Snack war gesorgt. Die Verwalter sind überaus nett und sollte es ein Problem geben, sofort zur Stelle. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde sogar die Wäsche gewechselt und geputzt. Der Garten mit Außenküche, Grill und dem tollen großen Pool, bot alles, was man sich wünschte. Die Matratzen der Betten luden zu einer erholsamen Nacht ein, die Küche war riesig und mit allem ausgestattet. Karin und Jaume habe für einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt, vielen Dank dafür! Gerne jederzeit wieder! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
