Centrally located in Pollensa with wonderful roof terrace views

Perfect for a family holiday. Enjoy the peace and quiet, knowing that the best restaurants and bars are just around the corner.

The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed, one of which has a desk, and one master bedroom with access to the roof terrace. There is one main bathroom, a walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a downstairs toilet.

There is an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with dining table, chairs and 4 armchairs in the sitting area.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk foamer, and is well equipped for cooking at home.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021, the the downstairs toilet was renovated in March 2023.

Free internet access.

The terrace is fully equipped with 2 sunbeds, sun umbrella, table and 4 chairs and a Weber electric BBQ, and has a great view of the town and the countryside.

Perfect Pollenca Stay

Lovely location in the heart of the old town of Pollenca - ideal to explore all of Mallorca. The apartment comes with a fully equiped kitchen to try your hand at local recipes.The deck is a great place to read a book and enjoy the sun and stars.

Great property in central location

Had a lovely week in Pollenca. Property exactly as advertised and roof terrace is a real plus. We ate out all week but if you want to eat in then the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend

Great location

A lovely house in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Pollenca. Perfect for teenagers who want a degree of independence, as the town is quite lovely in the evenings. Lots of great beaches within a twenty minute drive and a supermarket six minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful town house, quiet part of town

Very comfortable, perfectly located town house. Main Pollensa square only a 2 minute walk away! Very clean, well equipped house, with super comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room!

one of our favourite rentals in Pollensa, the closest to the main square we have stayed to date. we would recommend to others though the three levels may be too much for less less fit

Perfect location in beautiful Pollensa

The location is perfect. A quiet, typically Mallorcan street. A lovely town house perfectly suited to use as a base from which to explore with good facilities for self-catering too. Careful driving through the very narrow streets! Some so narrow you cannot help but bump wing-mirrors unless you tuck them in!

Great town house in centre of Pollensa

Loved our stay at this great property in the centre of Pollensa. The description on VRBO is very accurate, the house is in a very quiet street, but just minutes from the main square. The house is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and Cathy was great at keeping in touch and helped with any enquiries. Parking is no more than 5 minutes walk away on one of the wider streets and we always found a spot almost straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely house in a perfect location

This being my first time using Vrbo, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Cathy’s communication was very reassuring and informative. The house was exactly how described. It was a perfect size for two (and more if needed) and had all the amenities for a lovely holiday. The house was in a great location for restaurants, bars and shops, with plenty of car parking space just down the road. This is a great place to stay to explore Pollensa and beyond.

Lovely house in a beautiful location

We had a lovely time staying at this house in Pollenca. It was our second visit to Pollenca as we like the town so much. We love sitting for a coffee or dinner in the square next to the Calvari and venture up the many steps each time we stay for the beautiful view. The house itself is lovely. It is beautifully decorated, very well-situated and well-equipped. The roof terrace was a great place to sit and eat or simply enjoy the early morning peace and quiet. We would definitely recommend both Pollenca and this property.

We generally had a good stay in the house it is close to the center and had enough space for our family of 4. The rooftop terras is okay and has a bbq (electric). The kitchen is well equipped. There is one bathroom and a en-suite shower in the top bedroom. The bathroom is pretty dated but everything works. The airconditioners are loud when sleeping in the top bedroom. It woke us up several times at night. One bed has a weird “plastic” matras cover. We had an unpleasant experience when leaving being extremely rushed by the cleaners who initially arrived 30 minutes before check-out time. All in all the experience was not what we expected based on foto’s, descriptions and earlier reviews.

Insgesamt nettes Haus, leider aber mit Mängeln.

Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut, der Vermieter hat umgehend auf Rückfragen reagiert. Auch die zentrumsnahe Lage des Objektes ist grundsätzlich schön, wobei die dadurch bedingte Parkplatzsuche und der „Fußmarsch“ von teilweise 10 Minuten gerade mit Kindern und Strandgepäck schon nervig sein kann. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung des Inserats, allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Vielleicht lag es auch am Reisezeitpunkt (Saisonende), aber bspw. die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren schon abgenutzt, der Wasserkocher eigentlich nicht mehr zu verwenden. Auch auf der Dachterrasse mussten wir erst selbst reinigen. Unglücklich war die Situation in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Oberhalb und unterhalb des Hauses wird gerade umgebaut/renoviert, Baustellenlärm war an der Tagesordnung. Hierfür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, wobei es schon irgendwie Berücksichtigung finden sollte. Fazit: Pollenca ist eine Reise wert, das eigentlich schöne Haus ist aber hinter unseren Erwartungen zurückgeblieben.

Lieber Andreas, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine ausführliche Bewertung abzugeben. Schade aber, dass Sie nicht, wie von mir während des Aufenthaltes gebeten, Fotos von den zu beanstandenen Sachen zu schicken. Meine Putzdamen schickt mir nach jeder Reinigung Fotos von allen Zimmern und von der Terrasse. Demnach zu urteilen war alles in Ordnung. Gern hätte ich, um entsprechend handeln zu können, Fotos von Ihnen erhalten. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich den Wasserkocher und den Toaster vorsichtshalber jetzt austauschen lassen. Das Thema Parkplatz ist im Sommer in Pollensa leider wirklich nicht einfach. Darüber hatte ich Sie bereits vor der Anreise per Mail aufgeklärt: "Wir parken normalerweise ca. 5 Minuten weit weg, z.B. in der Straße Carrer Colonel Aloy. Im August ist es recht voll, so dass Sie evtl. etwas weiter laufen müssen." Somit wundert es mich etwas, dass das von Ihnen negativ bewertet wurde. Dass in der Straße aktuell gebaut wurde, wusste ich nicht (kein anderer Gast hat es erwähnt). Das ist natürlich lästig und es tut mir leid, dass Sie dadurch gestört wurden. Was würde für Sie "eine Berücksichtigung" heißen? Gern können Sie mir Feedback hierzu geben. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihren Besuch.

Leider kein Traum

Sehr schöne Lage in einer kleinen Straße von Pollenca. Nur wenige Minuten zur Placa Major. Die Kommunkation mit der Gastegeberin war reibunsglos. Als das WLAN ausfiel, bot sie direkt Hilfe an und am nächsten Tag kam jemand vorbei. Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Wer viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt (Staub!) könnte Probleme haben. Ich selbst bin Allergiker und bekam Ausschlag. Manche Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen oder schliessen, Handtücher und Bettlaken wiesen teilweise Flecken auf. Sie waren gewaschen, aber dennoch. Unser Aufenthalt war zudem geprägt von Baustellenlärm von nebenan und gegenüber. Ab 8h morgens wurde gehämmert und/oder gebohrt. Kochen konnte man problemlos, eine Platte des Herds war kaputt, aber das war kein Problem. Die Bilder auf der Website sind weichgezeichnet, vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck als die Realität. Zum Glück waren wir nicht im Sommer hier. Die Klimaanlagen hatten durchweg Schimmel und Staub in sich, werden also wenig bis gar nicht gewartet, hier besteht Handlungsbedarf von seiten der Gastegeberin. Sie erließ uns die Endreinigung, das war kulant, aber Schlaf und Erholung fanden wir hier nicht wirklich. Alles in allem würden wir hier nicht wieder mieten.

Fantastisch

Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)

Schöne Unterkunft in Pollença, auch mit kleinen Kindern!

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre alt) eine sehr schöne Zeit in Pollença. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wobei es hätte sauberer sein können. Die Vermieter waren jedoch sehr nett und haben uns einen Teil der Reinigungsgebühr erstattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war insgesamt sehr gut und schnell!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Den Charme erhält die Wohnung durch die vielen kleinen Details der Inneneinrichtung. Sehr schön ist die Verbindung der alten Gemäuer mit der modernen Einrichtung. Unser Tipp zum Parken: die Straßen oberhalb der Wohnung in Richtung Park wählen. Dort sind die Straßen auch breiter.
