1. Upper floor, sunny and cozy, 40 m², parquet, tiles, underfloor heating.
Ideal for 1-2 people, 2 couples or families.
Please note the floor plan - the two sleeping areas are only separated by room dividers!
Practical for business travelers, trade fair visitors or friends / relatives of Kelkheimers on all possible occasions, Easter, Christmas, weddings (2 minutes on foot to the registry office!), Communion / confi etc.
With a longer rental period ideal for 1-2 people, for a few days it is also possible to accommodate a maximum of 4 people (family or 2 couples).
• New, fully equipped open kitchen, large dining / work table, shower room, 2 sleeping areas (alcove optically separated with 1 x double bed 1.40 m wide, in the living area 1 x sofa bed, 1.60 m wide, also individually usable with 80 cm)
• Bed linen (covered) and towels (change 1 x per week)
• Washer and dryer can be used by arrangement
• Non smoking apartment
• The arrival and departure can be done flexibly by arrangement!
• We charge 30 € for the final cleaning.
For longer stays, additional cleaning is possible after consultation against reimbursement of costs.

Ein Geheimtipp!!!!
Gerne empfehlen wir die Ferienwohnung in Kelkheim weiter. Meine drei Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Frau Herbst und Frau Sieder werden Sie aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterinnen vorfinden, welche flexibel und unkompliziert auf ihre Mieter eingehen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen!
