About this property

Enjoy a cozy fire in the wood burning stove in the den streaming your favorite team while watching the squirrels in the back yard. The living room overlooks the front yard with 12' ceilings, great for reading or just relaxing with friends. This is our family home on a quiet private road. All 3 bedrooms plus the Den have smart flat screen TV's. Internet is provided for your streaming convenience. The kitchen is large enough with an island and sitting area convenient for socializing with friends.

Born and raised in Lafayette, LA. Moved away for a few years before coming home in 1998.
My husband and I live in my grandmother's house built in the 1800's that we've remodeled 3 times. I've been an insurance broker for the past 35 years. I do love seeing people enjoy my family home while attending all of the festivals & enjoying the food our culture is known for.

You can walk and ride your bicycle through all of the subdivisions around us then come home down a private family road to a little piece of paradise in the middle of town.
Safe, secluded yet close to town, Costco, Sams, grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and parks. Enjoy Mardi Gras, Festival International, Vermilionville, Moncus Park, Acadian Village and so much more.
