The space

Room one features a King Size bed and smart TV. Room one has a bathroom in the hallway that can be closed off from the rest of the house.
Room two features 2 Queen size beds and a full Jack and Jill bathroom shared with room three. Room Three has a queen/full bunk bed.

The main living area has a 55" smart TV and a comfortable area for gathering. The Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs.

Pet friendly back yard can be accessed by small dogs using back doggy door. Monitor your pets while in back yard as they could escape back yard by going under the house.

Covered parking for two vehicles behind closed gate.

Very clean, house is bigger than you would expect. Rooms are huge, beds were comfy. Walking distance to the college, but a very lengthy walk to the football field if you dare. Nice small mix clean backyard with a propane grill that was clean and worked perfectly. We will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

Clean and located right outside downtown made I easy to get to a lot of the things we wanted to do. Outdoor area was nice as well just gotta remember the bug spray, mosquitos! But it is the south and to be expected.

Lovely place, very clean with many amenities. Comfortably accommodates 8 guest. Wish our entire party could make it. Would have enjoyed the backyard area and grill if we had a longer stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Lafayette area.

Great Home Away from Home

This was a perfect choice for our family. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and swing, however we had to purchase firewood from the store. The house was stocked with plenty of seasonings for cooking. We had our 11 month old grandson with us and we were so thankful that a pack and play was available. Overall we’re really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families.

We love the convenience of the Freetown area. Easy walking distance to so many great music venues, restaurants, and parks. Convenient to UL campus and downtown. Some of our favorite restaurants downtown are Pops Po'boys, Tsunami Sushi, Spoonbill, and Pamplona.

What makes this property unique

Our restored home has the original pine floors and decor capturing the festive history of the area. Our house is pet friendly for small well behaved dogs.
