On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a living / dining room (TV / Hifi) with integrated kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge incl. Freezer compartment u. V. M. From the living room you have direct access to the large furnished terrace. Furthermore, there is a shower room with washing machine and a bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe on this level. A stone staircase leads to the upper living area, where there are two further bedrooms (1 x double bed and sofa bed, 1 x extendable single bed (double bed). Upstairs there is another bathroom with a bath. The balcony with lake view invites you to linger. 2 car parking spaces are available for you directly at the house.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Landschaftlich tolle Lage. Unbewachter schöner Bade-Strand super zu Fuß erreichbar. Ab vom Touri Trubel. Sehr erholsam. Gerne wieder.
