This was a very nice cabin. It was in a great location. It was decorated so cute. Perfect for a family with kids. The upstairs would be perfect for little ones or even teenagers.

Check in process went smoothly. Communication was always prompt. Location was central to the lake and city entertainment. My one suggestion would be to add floor mats to both bathrooms. :)

When thinking of a perfect VRBO this one hits every mark! Close to all the things including the river and all the best restaurants. Incredibly clean. Has everything for waffles (hints the name) and the owners had incredibly great communication. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Great Place!

Was very suprised with all the amenities that was provided, pots, pans, ice trays, dishes. Place was super clean when we got there. The kiddos loved the waffle bar and made waffles every morning we were there! Loved the hot tub, fire pit and swings in the back of the property. Was a very peaceful getaway with family and friends to disconnect from the busy lives and just unwind and spend quality time together! We definitely will be booking again!

This cabin may work for some guests, but the property description is misleading. The photos do not accurately reflect the space. The upstairs beds are too short to comfortably accommodate adults. We reached out to the property manager for assistance, but unfortunately no solutions were offered. Given the price, there are better, more up-to-date cabins available, and I would recommend considering other options.

Perfect Family Reset and Retreat

Our family of four which included my 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter, had the best time at Waffle Ridge. The property was just as it was listed and had something for all family members to enjoy. My kids loved the playground and swings. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed visiting by the outdoor fire pit ant night and reading boos on the covered porch in the mornings. My kids loved the upstairs loft with the games. A unexpected but nice feature was that all lights and switches were labeled which helps us greatly! We enjoyed our first meal at a local pizza restaurant not even 4 minutes away but were able to cook all other meals in the cabin. It was stocked with all we needed! We look forward to our next visit.

Kenny's cabin

Just had the most incredible time at Kenny's cozy cabin, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the surroundings and the warm, inviting vibe of the place. The cabin itself is an absolute gem - so cozy and charming, with every little detail thoughtfully put together to create the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We spent our days exploring the beautiful grounds, soaking up the peaceful atmosphere, and enjoying the stunning views. And let me tell you, sitting out on the porch with a cup of coffee in hand, surrounded by nature, was pure bliss. Kenny was the perfect host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and offering great tips on local attractions and dining spots. Overall, our experience at Kenny's cabin was nothing short of perfect, and I can't wait to come back for another visit. If you're looking for a cozy retreat to recharge and reconnect with nature, look no further - this place is an absolute dream! Thanks again, Kenny, for an unforgettable getaway!
