Casa Amarillo is in Nob Hill , vibrant student neighborhood in the heart of Albuquerque. Very walkable and bike friendly neighborhood. We have a Smith supermarket 0.5 miles away. Close to the airport, Walgreens, gas station, shopping, and restaurants. We have had several professionals live at our home and they loved it. Ideal for singles, couples and small family.
These units are ideal for SHORT STAY vacations as it is close to UNM , CNM, hospitals , airport and has easy fast access to convention center, further hospitals , family friendly places , events like Balloon Fiesta. Also great for those who are coming for sporting events, travelers, hikers, staycation, sabbatical , conference , visiting students/faculty, visiting loved ones at their homes or hospitals .
They are also great for LONG STAYS for students or professionals working or studying at UNM/CNM/Presbyterian /Lovelace/ Heart and very close to VA hospital. Ideal for Netflix crew and those at Air Force Base. Great for staycation, traveling nurses, families visiting loved ones, those caring for sick family members at the hospital.
We have a fenced backyard and yes! your pets are allowed. Max 2 pets per reservation. Please always keep an eye on your pets and they are not allowed on furniture and beds.
We expect for you to have them in a crate when you are not around.
Please collect all your pets wastes from yard in a thrash bag and place it in the trash can on the north side of home.
Please keep home and yard in the state it was given to you. We expect our guests to respect out hime hygiene and belongings .
Our home is cleaned after every guest stay and our cleaning crew follows enhanced cleaning process.
Many may find the cleaning fees high, but cleaning crews are being paid more than what you are paying each time they clean.
