My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at Rob’s! He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth from start to finish. The property itself was beautiful and very well kept, and the game room was definitely a highlight — my friends and I spent a lot of time there and had so much fun. The rooms were all spacious and super comfortable, and we all felt right at home. We’re so thankful for the experience and would absolutely stay again!

Albuquerque property

The stay is very nice, comfortable, spacious and stocked with necessities when out. Location is quiet small area in middle of community for walks with kids, kite flying, or throwing passes. The game room in house is a nice thing to have because family gets distracted.

Stay during our nieces wedding

This home was exactly what we were looking for, nothing fancy but with all the basics to fill our need during a family wedding with space enough for our family of 8. The game room was a nice addition for our teenagers. We appreciated the use of the garage to keep our car hidden and out of the heat. Close to everything. We made some fun memories here!

Once Again a Wonderful Stay

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. We loved it the first time and loved it even more the second. Not only is the property exactly as described in the listing, but Robert is one of the most kind and professional hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is super responsive and makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend booking this property.

Great basic stay

This house is just as pictured, so there really weren't any surprises. However, it was very much a basic house: basic beds, a really bad couch, and minimal furniture. The pictures were accurate, so it was as expected, but it would have been nice to have a little bit nicer living arrangements. The was no coffee table only a little side table that didn't fit everyone's stuff. The couch felt like it was a left over from college days. None of the rooms had hangers and only one had a dresser. There were clothes everywhere. The microwave was super tiny.The game room is not heated. Going in the winter, this made it a bit chilly. There is a room heater but it takes a while to warm the room. No A/C either, but there is a fan.The blankets were amazing. There were so many and they were all super soft and super warm. The water pressure was unlike any we've seen. Appreciate the k cups and plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and spices. The k cup machine is a for a single cup, so if you are coming with a group, that will take forever. Dining table only seats 4. Overall, great ranch but it did feel more like a dorm experience than a house. Little things would make a huge difference like hangers, a better couch, a coffee table, larger coffee pot, etc. Location was pretty great - we were within 30 min to most anything. If you are up early enough, you get to see the hot air balloons take off every morning.

Everything in listing and more

This is a wonderful property! There were three main pros I found in this property. First, the manager, Robert, was amazing. He was professional, kind, and very responsive. Second, the listing and pictures were an extremely accurate representation of the actual property. Third, the property was very clean and everything was in working order. Other things worth noting, the kitchen was well equipped and included coffee k-pods and spices for cooking. The house is furnished with everything you need to be comfortable, but is not cluttered. The location was nice and easily accessible. Honestly, the only con was that there was no bath/shower soap provided, but luckily I had an extra bar soap in my bag. I think this may have just been an oversight by the cleaning crew anyway. Everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great home base for Albuquerque vacation

We enjoyed the house. It is conveniently located and easy to get around Albuquerque. The game room provided lots of fun for all of us. The house is clean and the entrance is easy for coming and going. We would rent this house again.

Albuquerque wedding trip

This home was close to the wedding venue we were attending so the location was perfect. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area and living room allowed us to spend quality time together. This was so much better than renting hotel rooms. We had the best time at your wonderful home. Thank you Robert for amazing time we had while staying in your home.
