A spacious and picturesque home that is tucked away on twenty beautiful wooded acres just outside of Omaha. This private sanctuary is a very unique masterpiece. It is the only rental in the area that offers natural privacy, a small creek for great fishing, campfires and more! You can expect to catch bass, crappie and blue gill! You can also have a campfire while you fish or simply enjoy the quiet woods.

After a hot tub soak you can enjoy a cozy fire in the wood stove on the spacious deck. Just sit back and enjoy the fire and great star gazing! We provide your first bundle of firewood as well! You will feel like you are a million miles away and yet your only 20 minutes to Omaha.

This extremely clean, one-of-a-kind home is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. (Sleeps 9) The kitchen has a double oven and all the cookware and utensils that you will need to feed your large group. There are also 2 refrigerators located in your home away from home that help to accommodate groups, family reunions and small gatherings.

An awesome location for small family reunions, family gatherings, team building weekends, weekend retreats, church retreats, Holiday gatherings or a simple romantic getaway. The expansive deck houses the hot tub, gas grill with great countryside views from every angle. We provide plenty of comfy chairs and tables for outside picnic as well.

The inside of the home features modern vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows throughout. There is satellite TV, free wireless internet with many more amenities offered. This property is perfect for people who love the outdoors and is a neat sanctuary for wildlife enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Great for wildlife photography and bird watching as well! Turkey, Deer, Blue Birds, Bald Eagles, Owls and more!

This property is authentic America at its best and is right in the middle of the Great Midwest! You will love this ultimate get-away an incredible retreat to rejuvenate and refresh! Great location for a family getaway!

We really enjoyed this property. The house has plenty of rooms / beds and we had a wonderful time hanging out in the evenings playing games on the deck. Perfect for a family that wants to get away and spend quality time together.

Family vacation

The property was a great place to cook together, play games, and relax. It was close enough to Omaha that we were able to enjoy the outstanding zoo, play pickleball, take the kids to a movie and go to a trampoline park.

The house was as advertised, in good repair and well stocked with the basics. Close enough to access in town for groceries and other supplies but far enough removed that you still feel secluded from all of it. Hosts were helpful and quick to reply to my many inquiries! Amazing property extremely secluded in the hills.

Covid Friendly Thanksgiving

We met here as a midway point between family members. The space was large with plenty of space to spread out and lots of beds. We made our Thanksgiving meal here and had plenty of places for everyone to sit. The kids enjoyed seeing the goats, horses and the pond.

Gorgeous place.

We had a great time! The place is big and was perfect for our family. Hot tub was awesome and it is beautiful. Little mishap with the bathroom downstairs. Owners were immediately onsite and had it fixed within a couple hours. They were really great. Will Be back!

Why they chose this property

The property is in very convenient location with easy access to Omaha. When you stay in your home away from home you feel like you are miles away secluded in an awesome quiet, private, setting. You couldnt ask for a better place that feels like you in the have your own private home on 20 acres and only minutes from Omaha. Omaha is the home of the College World Series, the world famous Henry Doorley Zoo and much more! You can do your shopping at Walmart which is only 15 minutes from the rental. we are also 15 minutes toWestroads mall, Target and Walmart. 10-15 minutes to dining locations. Just 25-30 minutes to the Zoo and to the Century Link Center. Our place is located 30-40 minutes from the Eppley Airport. We are just 15 minutes away from Lake Cunningham which has fishing, boating and walking trails . Only 30 minutes to popular downtown and the black stone district.

What makes this property unique

20 plus scenic acres of rolling hills and woods to surround this beautiful home. The yard is giant and great for family games and great area for kids to play. Enjoy the kayaks and fishing on the property. There is nothing like this property in the area. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for 14 people. Wonderful fishing with a water side fire ring for amazing camp fires.. You will feel a million miles away yet you are only 15 minutes from the Omaha city limits!
