Recent upgrades added 3 bedrooms with electric fireplaces and 2 bathrooms to the lower level as well as a new pullout double bed. With a total of 6 bedrooms with 7 beds and 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms feature double sinks), this holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 14 VIP guests in beds and is perfect for large family groups, gatherings of friends or Executive group getaways. For smaller groups, we still offer rental for the 3 upper level bedrooms, adding any of our 3 lower level bedrooms as you require, to provide continued opportunity for a lavish holiday in a suitable space. We only ever rent to one vacation group at a time for your privacy and security.

The house was beautiful. There was a bit of a change up with the amount of rooms and number of people coming but Nenet handled every request wonderfully. The only thing is that the dishes, even ones we never used were often flecked with dried food remnants. The dishwasher might need some work.

The house (Kitchen) was very well stocked compared to others I have stayed in. We had everything we needed and then some. We had plenty of towels and all the extras one would have at home! The beds were great and even all the bathroom amenities were provided if you wanted them (i.e. shampoo/conditioner & body wash).We even had some unexpected Big Horn Sheep come and park themselves right out side our Window almost for a full day.Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The hosts were quick at answering questions and being accommodating before our stay. Access to the house was easy with the keyless entry. The house is huge & one of the many things we liked is that we only had to pay for the number of bedrooms we actually needed but still had access to the downstairs family room, etc. There were 2 washers/dryers, 2 hot water tanks (so plenty of hot water even when more than one person was showering at the same time), an immense array of kitchen paraphenalia (so we always had plenty of clean cutlery, mugs, pots, etc.) Lots of towels too. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was great - very clean & very warm. It was nice to walk over to the neighbourhood with the rec centre and walk along the ridge for some great views of the valley. Of course the hot springs are also a short drive away & we enjoyed the steamy water at dusk. Overall we had a fab time and would return again.

Our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable at this property with everything and more you could need. Rooms are spacious, great selection of spices, blankets/towels, and dishes/cookware galore! The hot tub was a great addition for sure to relax in after being out and about.

The kitchen had more than enough equipment, and it was spacious enough for many people to be in it without getting in each other's way.The house and bedrooms were much bigger than I expected. The facilities were perfect for our family gathering with plenty of space to gather as well as to spread out. The hot tub was a hit as well. Nenet was efficient and responsive. The only disappointment was the eyesore created by the abandoned construction projects adjacent to this property. The Columbia River Valley is peaceful and relaxing with so many recreational options. It truly is a great place to come rest, rejuvenate and play on your vacation with family, friends or for business use! We look forward to many more mountain holidays exploring and experiencing all the Radium area has to offer and wonder if we'll ever see it all. The Radium area is a magical place with something for everyone. We love to relax in Radium and we know that you will too.

Why they chose this property

We provide a luxurious space to enjoy your mountain getaway. All furnishings and linens are new so you can feel pampered in such an esthetically pleasing space. Our vacation home is in an excellent location, with all you need in Radium within walking distance. And the views are spectacular! If there is anything special you need for your mountain getaway, please let us know. We aim to make your stay with us more wonderful than you imagined. We're recently finished the lower level with walkout to include 3 more bedrooms all with queen-sized beds and 2 more bathrooms (1 with double sinks). The lower level also has a tech room with a large living space for you to visit and relax in. The yard has been the current project with recent landscaping and finishing touches to come. We want to create a huge 'WOW' factor for our guests both inside and outside on our property. Also, you can see the Radium Recreation Ctr only a 5min walk away. The view down the Columbia River Valley along the mountain range is spectacular, you'll want to stay longer. And just when you think 'it doesn't get any better than this', a small group of mountain sheep or deer will come ambling past the yard space. Yes, come Relax in Radium, it's an experience you'll want to remember. It's an experience that will have you making plans for your next Radium getaway.
