We greatly enjoyed the unit’s roominess & balcony view. The property was lovely & close to hiking trails. The mattress was saggy, however, & the sheets didn’t fit well on it. We thought the pool was going to be an atrium type where we could also lie in the sun, so that was disappointing. We also thought the walk to the downtown plaza would be an easier way to get around than we found it to be. Once we did make it there, we had a fun time checking things out. Ultimately, we would return to Fort Marcy. Thank you

Lovely quiet stay

We were only in for a night on a road trip. We got to the condo a bit late and the security guard helped us find parking near our unit. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We would definitely return as the neighborhood is very cute and the plaza is close by.

A home in Santa Fe

We certainly enjoyed our stay in unit #24. The unit had everything that we wanted, even a washing machine and dryer. Baths were good and comfortable bed and linens. The living room furniture is comfortable for reading and watching TV. We felt at home.

Nice visit

The condo is part of a nice managed property near Fort Marcy Park. It had been recently renovated so everything was new and clean. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed walking to Santa Fe Plaza (traffic was awful) and the various sites in Santa Fe. The kitchen was well maintained so we ate in some (Santa Fe had great, but expensive, restaurants) Bonus was a washer/dryer in unit so we could do laundry. The only negative was the management company was under staffed.

Disappointing Choice; Poor Communication

My family of 5 chose this property in part because of its pool and hot tub. We learned at check in that neither of these amenities were operable. Additionally, the freezer leaked water on the kitchen floor—and maintenance was responsive in fixing it —but the main bedroom had a bright bathroom light that shined in our faces all night and could not be turned off. This made for poor sleep. Management was contacted in a timely fashion but did not respond after 14 hours (wondering if they will).

Attractive space needs the owners attention

This unit at Fort Marcy Hotel & Suites needs some TLC from its owners, particularly in the kitchen. The kitchen was poorly stocked with basics (no foil, plastic wrap), not enough dishes for 4 people, broken cutlery, one dishtowel for a week, and the handle for the freezer is just a pull or two away from falling off. A letter posted to encourage renters to recycle is 4 years out-of-date, as my husband discovered when he tried to find the recycle center. The furniture is comfortable enough, although the couch needs to be replaced. The wall art & accents are very nice. The washer/dryer single unit is upstairs and complicated to start/stop. There is no owner's manual for guidance. The primary bathroom sink has a slow drain which needs attention. The balcony furniture was missing a chair (there were 4 people in the unit). The beds are comfortable. Nice showers & towels in the bathrooms. For those with mobility issues, be aware you park away from the unit and must walk to it. There are two sets of stairs on the way. The surrounding area is lightly wooded and quiet. You can hear music coming from the Plaza and church bells ringing. A lovely way to enjoy the evening on the balcony. I'd like to recommend this condo wholeheartedly, but I really couldn't until the owners or management firm make some updates.

Check in and check out instructions were very clear and comprehensive. The rooms spacious and the condo felt nestled in nature. Fireplace was a nice touch. We found walking to the downtown area pleasant and took advantage of uber for the ride back up!

Santa Fe getaway

Great space with a deck for chilling and a nice view. We enjoyed the walk to the museums and restaurants. Comfy beds and loved the skylights. Would def stay here again.
