Cozy. With south balcony.

Cozy 3-room apartment in the house "Back" with about 50 square meters on 1 level (floor) for up to 5 people (Well-being occupancy: maximum 3 adults). In the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. With balcony to the south. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2 seater), TV, radio, dining table with 4 chairs and direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe.
 Second Bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200cm), 2 bunk beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hall with wardrobe in the entrance area.

Parking space available. Free Wi-Fi (hot spots).

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. High chair and cot (about 60x120cm, without mattress) available. Smoking is not permitted.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.

4 Erwachsene plus Hund

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, kurzer Weg in den Wald und zur Hundewiese. Weit zum Strand zu laufen und kein Strandkorb mit Verschluss, sodass man immer alles mitschleppen musste.

Für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund ideal. Wald und Hundeauslaufplatz in der Nähe! Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber alles was nötig für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub ist. Bäcker in SPO Bad, Gosch und Hundestrand sind in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald zu erreichen. Wir haben für 2021 gebucht.

Ferienwohnung

Die Lage des Hauses bzw. Wohnung war okay. Sehr enttäuschen war die Wohnung. Sie war nicht sehr sauber und das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. An Schubladen befanden sich lockere Türen sowie der zustand im Bad. Toilette und Dusche scheint schon sehr alt zu sein und das Regal fällt bald von der Wand. Holzvertäfelung wirkt sehr drücken sowie die Teppiche und Gardinen auch schon sehr alt sind. Mobiliar müsste unbedingt mal erneuert werden sowie das Bad. Diese Wohnung würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen besonders im Urlaub möchte ich mich Wohlfühlen.

Die Einrichtung Steinalt ,In der Küche fehlt es an Töpfen und Besteck . Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr dürftig . Balkon möbel färben ab Eingangstür Griffloser , weg zum Strand Falsche Angabe !!!! Abfluss in Küche Und Bad stinkt !!!!! Danke in Zukunft wo anders

Einfaches, älteres Mobiliar, alles da und funktionell. Fußboden komplett mit Fliesen. Circa 1.5km nach Bad wie ins Dorf. Für uns mit Hund ok.

Alles da was man braucht. Putzgeräte: Staubsauger völlig verdreckt funktioniert nicht. In der Wohnung wurde definitiv vorher geraucht.
