Located in a quite up and coming Neighborhood close to the Marathon Music Works music venue, North Gulch, City View, and Nashville's Farmers Market. The neighborhood is about as close as you can get to downtown without being in a hotel. There a numerous restaurants and bars within a mile of the house, some of our favorites include Geist (great for brunch), Mother's Ruin (cocktail bar), and Monell's (Southern food, Nashville staple)
