About this property

The villa is at the outskirts of a small village named Orologio a very quiet area and there are many beautiful places at close distance such as attractive beaches, mountains for hiking, climbing and beautiful traditional villages. The villa is surrounded by private area of 2 acres which are suitable for many activities. There are 2 large verandas with view to the garden and pool suitable for dining. Furthermore there is dining area just opposite to the pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two of them at the ground floor which have two double bed accommodate up 4 adults and a bathroom. At the first floor there are two bedrooms one with double bed and the other, most for children use, has a single and a double bed. Total capacity is 9 guests. There is parking for up to 4 cars. The kitchen includes all the necessary tools for cooking and equipments including a dishwasher. Also there is a outdoor barbeque working with gaz and outdoors kid's toys.

My name is Aristides (Aris), I was born and live in Athens with my wife Vicky. I am a retired Commodore of the Hellenic Navy. The villa was built in the early 1930s, we bought it in 2002 and after a complete renovation we use it as our holiday home.

Central Evia is a beautiful part of the island provides the visitor with many options for a unique and enjoyable holiday experience. The relatively short distance from the capital, 2.5 hours, and the possibility of a road or a ferry travel ensure a comfortable and relaxing approach.
The surrounding area gives you the opportunity at a very short time to choose either mountain or seaside adventures. Quiet and peaceful small villages will help you taste Greek traditional dishes and local culture. Don't expect touristy nightlife, but calm evenings on the beach.
