This property was great for our family get-away. It is perfect for multiple families as it has bathrooms with every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were so fun to jump into everyday! We had a problem during our stay, but the host is very responsive and easy to contact via multiple ways. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Would recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay with our family! We absolutely loved having the private pool, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Everything was very clean, relaxing, and felt so homey. Our host was wonderful and made communication super easy. I really appreciated being able to text back and forth whenever we had a question.We truly enjoyed our stay and had such a great time making memories together. We would definitely stay here again!

place needs deeper clean. Stairs stained, rugs dirty, hand and finer prints on sliding door and upstairs couch smells of sweat. Didn't find any wine/ coctails glasses.

Great location. Very clean. Nice size rooms. Plenty of places out side to sit and enjoy the pool or hot tub. Also the upstairs had a wonderful family room with a couch large enough to accommodate 10 plus people.

Beds were comfy, clean and spacious. The pool was the main reason we booked this place as we wanted our granddaughter to be able to swim whenever she wanted. The pool was perfect size for 6 adults and 2 children.

Great communication and follow up. Many items in the home are breaking down and are needing repair or replacement. Air-conditioning was throttled at a certain level and could not go lower. Kitchen was not cleaned and needs a renovation. Bedsheets slid all over the top of the mattress making for difficult sleeping. Other than that, everything was good.

This is my family’s favorite vrbo in St George. Roomie, all the fun entertainment, amazing pool and we love the location! We cooked and bbq’d multiple meals. Management was so quick in replying to a little issue. Only complaint is the main floor area rugs/doormats need to be replaced. They are passed cleaning. Coming back in May for a girls get away!

Perfect size for our family. Nice, clean pool. House is close to a lot of trails. Few minor issues that were easily fixed. Property manager/owner was quick to respond to quesions/issues. Overall a great experience!

Did not have a lot of supplies. We had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels. I just never have seen that in other places we stayed. With a family as big as ours you would think they would be more of these items. The dish soap was a mini size. Toilet paper had 2 rolls per bathroom. Other than that it was nice place.

Perfect home for a family getaway!

This home has it all! Plenty of space to spread out or hang together! The pool/hot tub and ping pong table were a hit. The beds were very comfortable and the home had an overall relaxing vibe. Very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again!

Another great stay!!

This is a great house and we love staying at this home. It is our 2nd time here so that should tell you something. It has everything we need and like. The location is awesome and we love to be close to the red mountains. Red Sands does an awesome job managing the properties and there nightly rates are very fare for what you get. Relaxing

Goal was to get away for a few days over fall break. Quiet neighborhood, amazing pool and beautiful home with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Super clean.
