Located in the desirable Sanibel Village section of Eagles Landing, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect coastal getaway just minutes from the beach and vibrant downtown Rehoboth. Comfortably sleeping up to five guests, the primary suite features a queen bed and private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds and a convenient rollaway bed. Enjoy a spacious fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bright and inviting living room, laundry room, and a relaxing screened porch overlooking the peaceful pond.
Sanibel Village/Eagles Landing is a quiet yet active private community offering guests access to three community swimming pools (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), walking trails, and two tennis courts. The community is known for its beautifully maintained grounds, mature landscaping, and convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk are just a quick bike ride away, and newly installed pedestrian crosswalk lights make getting around even easier and safer. Jungle Jim's Water Park is located right next door for endless family fun during your stay.
PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces are provided for guests, with additional overflow parking available within the community.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, washer and dryer, tennis courts, and community pools.

Will stay here again!

We worried that it was too far from the beach. Instead we really liked the location, in many ways more central to all of the things we wanted to do. And the property amenities were great.

Few things

The only problem we had was not able to get hooked up to the wifi. The password did not work. We even called the realtor with no luck. The blanket in the master suite should be replaced.
