A master suite, appointed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath, along with a sizable guest room and guest bath, with an additional murphy bed in living room. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, or are seeking for an adventure, Rehoboth has it all! Shop and dine at the Tanger Outlets, and Midway Speedway Park, or retreat to the vast variety of outdoor recreation options including Cape Henlopen Park, Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Delaware Seashore State Park, and more!

WiFi provided along with cable tv, able to stream Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime… Alexa is available too for music or to ask the weather etc.
Linens and bath towels are provided but not beach/ pool towels

Wonderful condo.Clean and filled with all supplies. Perfect location for nice walk to boardwalk. Easy drive to outlets and restaurants. Host responded in short time to any questions we submitted.

Amy was a fantastic host; quick to reply, accommodating and generous. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious for our family of 5. The pool was fabulous and the grounds were well maintained. Can't wait to return. Thanks for making our stay extra special!

Great location and facilities

We had a great time at Rehoboth, and this property had a lot to do with it. Great location within Rehoboth. Takes no time to get to the beach, boardwalk, and other activities. Nice size condo. Big kitchen with nice extras too make life easier. Screened in porch is great and super peaceful. Neighborhood is very quiet and the community pool is very nice. We had lots of space to stretch out. Amy is great on communication. Book this place, you won't be sorry.

We loved our stay and the area! The condo was absolutely perfect! The decor was a favorite of mine. Amy was very friendly and easy to reach if needed. The condo came equiped with everything you'd need plus some. The pool was very nice, such a cute complex and very well maintained.

Hidden Gem

The condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need. The beach was nearby and easy to drive to. We enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day.

Clean, convenient location with all the amenities

We loved our stay! Full kitchen and laundry with screened in porch was great. The location was easy to get to from the peach and the property had an amazing pool.

Girls Weekend

This property has a perfect location. Close to the beach and local shopping and eating. Check in/ out was very easy. Beautiful living area. Most of our time was spent on the screened in porch.

Great place to celebrate my 50th birthday!

Amy did such a wonderful job making sure everything was perfect. The condo was very spacious and we walked and biked to the beach most days. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Beautiful, quiet and clean!

Beautiful condo. Clean, quiet and convenient. Close to the beach/boardwalk and shopping and restaurants. Rental had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Special touches to ensure we had things we may have forgotten. All appliances and furniture were modern and well taken care of.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the homey feel, beachy decor, and thoughtful touches. The unit was a convenient location and the view of the pond and family friendly pool were all highlights. The unit was overall clean, but clumps of pet fur were found in multiple locations and detracted from our stay. It also would have been helpful if child outlet covers were installed.

Great Condo! Close to everything.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth. The condo was very nice and well stocked. Owner was excellent with communication and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Everything was a walk, bike ride or a quick drive to get to. Felt secure in the gated community and everyone was friendly.

Second great stay

Second year visiting in July and another great trip. Condo is clean, in good condition and in a great gated community. Really appreciated the screened porch to sit and read while listening to the frogs in the pond at night. Communication with Amy is prompt.

Beach trip

Wonderful place to stay with a young child. The condo has everything you need and a great location. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back next year.

Immaculate, perfect beach condo

We had a wonderful time - this condo was spotless, perfectly appointed, a very comfortable space. The owner was very responsive, we had everything we needed and then some. The VRBO map had this on the other side of Rt. 1 (the less-desirable side), in fact it is closer to RB than the map indicates, though very close to Rt. 1. Only (minor) issue we had were the renters on the 2nd floor - very noisy, active kids who woke up very early. (Not the fault of the property owner.) Just a lovely beach condo.

Convenient / Clean / Welcoming

Had a great little getaway with my mom. The house was clean, fresh, updated and very welcoming. Instructions and communication with arrival were complete and clear. The condo was well stocked with necessities and the location was super convenient.

Great location

We went over Easter weekend with our dogs. The community was very quiet and relaxing. It was a great location and very quick and easy to get to downtown. The condo was very clean and had a lot of accommodating items such as kitchenware, towels, dog bed, washer/dryer, etc. Amy was very responsive and we were very happy with our much needed getaway! Highly recommend!
