The home is located in a private prestigious gated community right on the beautiful canals and around the corner from the Colorado River for easy boating access . Single car garage access and street parking , holds up to 3 cars . washer dryer privileges and a fully stocked home for your usage . Dartboard, corn-hole and pool table for your guests to enjoy with a open floor living room concept with a 75 inch flat screen tv . Both side yards are gated and two covered patios with a private garden area. Newer outdoor bbq and refrigerator. Any damage caused is your responsibility, remember this is a residential community. Enjoy your sunrise and sunset each day on the extra large covered patio with water front view. Near by is a golf course , local casino , Walmart , grocery stores and several water front restaurants you can cruise too within minutes from the home . Havasu is just a short 45 minute drive. Special requests or accommodations please reach out .

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return key to lock box .
Place all house trash at community trash center .
Lock and secure the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Completed Tenant info sheet required , must agree to Mooyalva Keys association rules and guidelines . Association requires a $ 25 processing fee .
Please be mindful with noise levels as this is a residential neighborhood and a no wake zone in canal .
vehicles must have a parking pass on the dashboard, and all trailers must have a parking sticker or community association could tow and or fine .

Very accommodating

Loved staying directly on the water. Not far from the main river. Very accommodating home being spacious, lots of beds, plenty of pots and pans and glassware, etc. Would love to stay here again. Parking is limited, and use of the storage lot can be difficult when it's busy, as people will block you in.

We had a great time

We had a great time and the location could not be better. Our days were spent on Lake Havasu and on the river and with two small toddlers, it was great to have a place to get away after the day where they could nap and we could float. The bbq was nice to relax by the water and cook. The dock boat parking kept the boat safe on windy days and even if the river was rough the channel was not so there were no worries. Overall we had a great time and I would love to go back.

This house needs an overhaul!! The carpet is old, stained and filthy! Some of the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and family members slept horribly. The refrigerator did not work causing our food to spoil. We went to barbecue and the propane tank was empty. Will not be back to this house.

BEWARE! Host will take advantage of over $$

We are lost a large sum of money due to the host's mistake. I gave the host time to makes things right before leaving this review. She ghosted me after refusing to reimburse me for her mistake. When we arrived, there was no paperwork, instructions, or vehicle stickers/tags. I had supplied the host with all of our lic plates, so I figured that was what was needed. Prior to leaving we noticed our boat trailer was missing. IT HAD BEEN TOWED since it didn't have the proper tags, which we were never given. The host was apologetic and promised to reimburse us. That was a LIE. The house cleaner apparently forgot to leave out our tags. They came over and supplied us with the stickers. The cost of the tow was a ridiculous amount which we had to pay to get our trailer back. CRYSTAL said she would reimburse us since it was their fault. When I asked for my refund, she offered me half. I said no. And then she stopped responding. I have alerted VRBO and started a case against the host. Such a bummer. I hate saying anything bad. So as long as that doesn't happen to you, just know... The house is OLD, and needs an huge update. The carpets are stained, the back porch steps are falling apart, the refrigerator wasn't working so we lost food. The Wifi kept going out (with a bunch of teens that wanted to watch movies, this was a bummer), plus our phones had no connection at the house, which was very was frustrating. The kitchen supplies are the cheapest you can offer, with scratched teflon pans and cheap plastic bowls. The shower tile is fallling off. The rollout beds were broken and cheap. Regular beds were uncomfortable. The bedrooms stayed cold while the living room was hot. Everything is mismatched, very low quality. Other than the location, I would not recommend this place. I was patient. I gave the host time to make this right. I know that reviews are a big deal. I read them prior to booking and I know you will too. Just beware, and know what you are getting yourself into.
