Getaway but still be convenient to Elizabethton, Bristol, and Johnson City. Secluded fishing cottage on our farm. Private Watauga river access in prime trophy trout fishing section. Newly renovated cottage has a gorgeous covered deck and hot tub. House sleeps up to four adults. One bedroom with a king sized bed and livingroom with double daybed and twin trundle. Perfect for families, guy trips to fish, or romantic weekends. Beautiful, large kitchen with direct deck access. Al fresco meals are a snap. Woodland views, lots of wildlife, and the river beyond make this home unique. All windows, except the kitchen, have black out curtains. The beds and mattresses are brand new and linens are updated regularly. The home is well appointed with towels, coffee, paper products, and toiletries.

Our farm has loose, but friendly, dogs, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, and horses. One dog is a pet and one is a working farm dog. It should be understood that contact with animals at this property is inevitable. For this reason we do not allow you to bring your own pets and we trust your judgment for your party concerning this farm immersion experience.

This home has a keyless entry code, that will be provided before you arrive for a contactless check-in. Property is gated. A gate code will also be provided.
