Quiet, friendly neighborhood and close to the park for daily walks.

We enjoyed the home very much. Vanessa and her husband were very helpful if we needed anything. Although live tv was not available, we used an antenna to get the local news and our regular tv programming that we are used to watching. The home was so bright and cheery, and everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living room was provided. Also a very nice patio but we didn't use it a lot due to the cooler weather and windy conditions.

A Great Place to Stay

Since our retirement, we have been coming to Summerlin for the winters. We have stayed at many places during that time, and most were lovely, clean, and comfortable. But I have always felt that most owners assumed snowbirds or renters prefer to dine out for most of their meals. Vanessa made certain to provide not only a lovely, clean, and comfortable home, but a home that had the amenities of a home away from home. The kitchen was actually stocked with things to cook and bake with, including those items you would normally find in your own home, like a crock pot, blender, juicer, etc. And Vanessa is so easy to work with; checking in with us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed, and always available to answer any questions we might have. We very much appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. This has been our best experience out here.
