We were a family of 5 (3 Teenage Boys) travelling for a month to the USA, Las Vegas was one of our many stops and would have to say this stay was the best by far. Beautiful Neighbourhood, beautiful home, clean and spacious. Our boys loved the spa and pool table and spent every spare minute using them.We wished we had more time here.The Host Ash was awesome, friendly and had great advice for tourists.Hope to be back again.

Absolutely no complaints! The house was wonderful, just as pictured. The host was very responsive, helpful and just lovely to work with. Right where we needed to be in town. Quiet neighborhood, took walks every morning of our 4 day stay with my 83 year old aunt and the neighbors were all friendly and we felt safe. Will definitely be our go to now when visiting our family in Vegas!

Whole property was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned, nice to be able to park in garage. We ate in more than expected because it had everything we needed and the hot tub and pool table just wonderful additions to an already amazing stay! If we had a question the host replied in seconds. Hands down best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Restaurant and groceries near by and super safe area. Definitely planning on staying again.

My family and I stayed at this location for a 1 week conference. I cannot begin to tell you how calm, quiet, and clean this home was. It had EVERYTHING we needed. Check in/out was smooth and Cecile and Ash checked on us frequently. The beds were amazing for a supported sleep. Lastly the location was easy to get to the strip quickly. I WILL BE BACK!

Let me start by saying I was not coerced into this review. This is honest and coming from a place of pure satisfaction. This property is TERRIFIC! It was clean and spacious for a party of 5 adults. Its in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but not far from stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. The house has everything you could want from a short term rental: comfy furniture and beds, nice appliances, fully stocked kitchen, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. By far the best short term rental I have found in Vegas. A property and host!

We used it as the base camp for a guys golf trip and it exceeded our expectations! Having for bedrooms with king beds allowed for a great sleeping experience. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the rounds and the grill and kitchen gave us the perfect space to cook and connect. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Vegas!

We stayed for an annual girls trip and we absolutely loved this house. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the hot tub was clean and hot, and there are lots of stores nearby. The strip and airport were about 15 minute drive away. Highly recommend!

This house was everything I can imagine. Everything was clean neat had everything we needed was in the house. This was one of the best rentals and my first that I’ve ever experienced. You would be very, very pleased with this rental. The host was very, very professional and available if needed the response time was immediately and she made sure we were comfortably settled in. which was awesome.

Loved the location and the host are very nice. Would stay here again. Perfect for our family and quite neighborhood and loved being closed to the strip without but not be on the strip. My kids loved it and now only want a pool table at their vacation rentals.
