The ultimate affordable Fort Lauderdale location, this building sits in the neighborhood of Harbordale within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. You will be minutes to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades. A quick Uber ride will take you into the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our newly renovated interiors will definitely make for a great home-base for your trip to Fort Lauderdale!

Harbordale is close to everything you'll need for a great vacation or business trip. You will be able to walk to several restaurants, shops and grocery.

A copy of a picture ID will be required for reservations at this property to prevent credit card fraud.

Uber is a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will have one parking space in front of the building if you choose to have a car.

This is a newly remodeled apartment within a multi-family building. The exterior has just been repainted but we are still awaiting our new landscaping. We hope that this will be completed in the next few weeks.

I typically choose Vrbo because I value the comfort and feel of a home rather than a hotel. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark in that regard.While the location and ease of access were convenient, the overall comfort was lacking. The bedding, towels, and basic supplies felt extremely low quality. There were only two bath towels provided for two people for a three-night stay, and the bed had a plastic feeling mattress cover that made sleeping uncomfortable.The pillows were made of torn foam material and completely flattened when laid on, offering little to no support.Because comfort is the primary reason I use Vrbo, I wouldn’t book this property again.

Vacation days before our cruise

It was a great stay! Clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and other activities we participated in. It was initially difficult to open the door but a neighbor assisted without a problem. We would definitely stay here again. It was excellent!

All the important things were fine. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good, water hot, A/C worked. Neighborhood was quiet. TV was quite nice as it was both standard cable (which almost no VRBO has anymore) and streaming services. WiFi was robust. Kitchen adequately stocked. Location was perfect for why we were there, but the neighborhood was a titch on the sketchy side. Parking was right in front of the unit, which made it both helpful and safe. There was an occasional procession of ghost ants that liked to come in the bathroom window. But they never seemed to travel beyond the bathroom. I think VRBO may have changed their previously accommodating check-in process. I have always been granted access one hour early for a scheduled Zoom meeting, but was told there a policy against that, and/or a fee for that. I guess they are serving different customers now.

when i had issues with the apartment, i felt like i was dealing with a chat bot, because there was no phone conversation and there many negative issues, but only was resolved. the apartment had new kitchen appliances and a decent bed, but the kitchen table was quite small and cheap tin, rusty shower curtain rod, the worst bed pillows i have ever had,the living room furniture was soiled and the a/c unit was loud and on all day(couldnt shut it off, or keep it quiet. i couldnt fin d the building at night, because you cant see the number on the building. these are just some of the issues, im exhausted with this. this ;particular property manager, JUST SUCKED, PLAIN AND SIMPLE
