Welcome to the Nashville Star! There is nothing we love more than a theme! The Nashville Star embodies just that with its darling homage to "Music City." Unique touches like a staircase mural and music memorabilia featured throughout this beautiful, 3 level home, give it tasteful character and stylish vibes that is perfect for a Nashville getaway.
Highlights:
Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Eclectic, artistic, and evolving, this area lends itself to a character filled experience and homage to the dream of Music City. Here you'll be just minutes from the nearby Germantown neighborhood and your culinary senses will delight at the sheer volume of good restaurants that you will have nearby! For starters, Folk, Redheaded Stranger, and Audrey are 2 minutes down the road, and if you are willing to explore a few more short minutes, you'll find a plethora of other incredible dining options! Finally, for those of you wanting to hit up Nashville's famous Honky Tonk bars on Broadway, you are a quick 5-7 minute drive to downtown! *As an added courtesy, we wanted to inform you that the unit balcony may be closed off temporarily.
Layout:
The first floor is comprised of the living room, kitchen/dining area, laundry room and half bath. The stunning staircase mural leads to the second floor that is comprised of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with shower and double sink, a walk-in closet with vanity, and a balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (with full mattresses on top and bottom), a twin-size trundle bed, and an en suite bathroom. The third floor has a bedroom with a full bed, a twin-size daybed, and a mini bar area with a sink and mini fridge. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in vanity, and small loveseat. There is also a full bathroom on this level easily accessible by both bedrooms. *Please note that this home does have outdoor security cameras.
Parking:
Please park in the side lot adjacent to the home. There is room for 3 cars. Please try to limit roadside parking for other townhouse owners/guests.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
