This home is only 0.6 miles from the State’s Landing Beach and 1 mile from the sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of Suissevale association beach (a parking pass is included for the beach). The Suissevale beach area is equipped with a gazebo, picnic tables, grills, playground, and volleyball court; a boat launch is also available. The Suissevale clubhouse, located at the entrance to the complex includes two tennis courts, a basketball net, and a playground. During your stay, enjoy the trails at the Castle in the Clouds, visit the Loon Center or play a round of golf at Birch Hill Country Club, all nearby in Moultonborough!
On the main level an open concept living room and dining area has been finished with hardwood flooring and recessed lighting. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, a cozy electric fireplace, and sectional couch where you can gather in the evenings to unwind and relax. The kitchen is bright and spacious with plenty of room to prepare meals. There is a full bath with laundry in the closet on the main level for maximum convenience.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin). Both bedrooms have wall-mounted air conditioning units so that everyone stays cool at night, Another full bathroom upstairs is shared by the two bedrooms. On the lowest level there is separate entertainment room with flat screen TV, couch, and reclining chair. The attached deck overlooks the yard and there is gas grill available for your use, as well as a firepit where the group can gather to relive fun-filled days. With wireless internet, cable TV, bluetooth soundbar, and washer and dryer this home has everything you’ll need while on vacation! There is plenty of parking, up to 4 cars.

The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
