The home features a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bed, and three full bathrooms with showers for added convenience. An upstairs loft doubles as an office and bonus sleeping area, offering two twin beds and a quiet space for remote work or reflection.

Start your mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the water, fire up the grill for a relaxed barbecue, and wind down in the hot tub as the sun dips below the horizon. In the evenings, gather around the propane fire pit on the lower deck for stargazing and storytelling.

With thoughtful amenities like AC, WiFi, a WiFi Porter for easy access, and a washing machine, this welcoming home-away-from-home makes it easy to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash bin is located at the side of the deck.
Leave all stripped linens and towels in the laundry room.
Turn off ACs, Heat, Lights etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garage: Garage is not available for guest use. Please refrain from entering unless we’ve arranged access ahead of time. Thank you for understanding.
Hot Tub Guidelies: For safety and ease, please have two people remove and replace the cover using the lifter—one on each side.
If the water level dips after a long soak, just use the side‑deck hose to top it up. Pre-measured chlorine packets—feel free to add one between uses.

This is a gem of a property. It has it all, great bedrooms, enough bathrooms, very clean, plenty of space, beautiful view, delightful hot tub. They thought of everything and our stay created new family memories, just what we wanted. Thank you!

Relaxing stay on a quiet road with a nice view of the lake. We skied at Gunstock which is about 15 minutes away. Host is easy to communicate with and there were a lot of extra little touches in the house. Everything was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Alton Bay. The house was warm and cozy and all of the amenities we needed. There were also several thoughtful touches, like a bowl of snack size chips, as well as toiletries and even robes. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The host, Israel was very communicative, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this home in any season! We will definitely be back.
