The Space:
This 2-bedroom apartment is newly renovated with new furniture, including a sofa bed, queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, a smart TV with free access to Netflix and an Amazon fire stick to watch your favorite shows/movies, and high speed internet.

Feel free to make yourselves at home with our fully stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances!

We provide complimentary Tim Hortons' coffee, as well as tea, and there's a convenience store next to the building on Laurier for any additional items you may need.

The Neighborhood:
The Plateau has been called Canada's hippest neighborhood. Nestled at the base of Mount Royal and boasting the highest population density in Canada, this colourful, artsy neighbourhood is a fun place to hang out day or night.

Little Italy is a charming residential neighborhood full of old-school cafes, pizzerias, Italian grocery stores and traditional bakeries. The Jean-Talon Market bustles year-round with stands selling flowers, produce and hot meals. Nearby, locals play bocce in Parc Dante. The hip Mile-Ex enclave offers artisanal coffee shops, chic restaurants and bars in industrial spaces. You're seconds away from famed Bagel St-Viateur and Fairmount Bagels. If you are amateur of real coffee, great atmosphere and spot, do not miss out Cafe Olimpico.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor.
There is an outdoor patio for all guests. (The patio is currently under construction. It will be ready late April/early May)
You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival.
Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)
To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.

THERE IS CURRENTLY CONSTRUCTION ON THE GROUND FLOOR ON WEEKDAYS. THE NOISE LEVELS ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL, SO I RECOMMEND BRINGING EARPLUGS JUST IN CASE. NO CONSTRUCTION ON WEEKENDS.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This is to ensure a respectful and tolerable noise level for all of our guests and neighbors.
