There is the potential for street noise, like traffic and passersby.
Group Stays: We manage all the units in this building and can host up to 35 guests across 5 apartments on 2 floors. If you’re travelling with a large group, reach out for a personalized offer.

The location is absolutely perfect and having the balcony really made the stay. We parked the car at a nearby lot for 34 and did not touch it for 3 days. Great food all around and an easy stroll to parks. Host was very kind and I would not hesitate to book this again when in Montreal.
Would book it again in a heartbeat! This was such a lovely apt to rent for me and my family. We loved the place, how clean and quiet it was. Everything was high quality, and in great shape. We had plenty of linens, towels, and were grateful for the washer and dryer and dishwasher to use during our stay. The neighbourhood was wonderful with lots of vintage shops, cafes, and the metro station just a couple minutes away.
Nice apartment in fun neighborhood. The apartment is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of things tha didn’t work properly but it didn’t hamper our stay and commutation with host was easy overall.
Excellent location, very clean, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good amount of storage for your luggage and clothing, good space in living room to chat and/or watch TV. Great communication skills with the host and easy entry. We loved this apartment. We will be back. Thanks for having us.
What an awesome place to stay! The property was beautifully maintained and felt safe and well-kept. The beds were nice. The balcony overlooking the pedestrian-only street was amazing! The only issue was parking - please be aware that you need to carefully research street parking rules; the information in this listing is insufficient (or at least it was when I booked; hopefully it has been updated). I'd love to stay here again!
Beautiful and Clean Space With Access To EVERYTHING!
The stay was the cherry on top of our stay in Montreal. The place was very clean , beautiful balcony and very local to a variety of shops here in Montreal! Would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a full Montreal experience

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear that your stay was the *cherry on top* of your Montreal experience. 😊 It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the cleanliness, the beautiful balcony, and the local charm of the neighborhood. We’d be delighted to host you again anytime!
Excellent location with lots of room. Watching the pedestrian action on Mont Royal, a pedestrian street during summer months, was fun from the balcony. Very clean as well. Prompt communications.
It's not fancy but has everything you need. It's also an old building so just take it for what it is and enjoy. Lots of rooms and beds for a larger family. We used the third room for luggage.Loved sitting on the patio in the evening watching the hustle and bustle. The pizzeria below is AMAZING and in the daytime the bakery is delicious (get the croissants). Amazing restaurant scene.Parking is tough but we managed to find street parking right on Mont Royal, though I think there is a way you can get a permit pass. We loved our stay.
Despite arriving in time for the epic blizzard in Feb ‘25 we had a delightful stay. The apartment has spacious bedrooms and a nice common space. No issues with access, although the snow made street parking pretty challenging. Our only suggestion would be for the hosts to supply some other paper products such as paper towels and tissues, as we went out and purchased these (traveling with a dog and kids can lead to some minor messes to clean up! And runny noses in the cold winter!). But overall we were pleased with the minimalist style of the apartment and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops!
We appreciated the location and all the area provided in the way of shopping, restaurants and conveniences. The layout was perfect for our family of four, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. That being said, every one of the 4 nights we were there our sleep was disrupted. Around 10 each night, the renters upstairs began stomping, talking loudly, playing music, and were generally noisy. Sometimes they went out and returned at 1 or 2 am with the noise. It went on till 3 or 4 am. We communicated in real time what was going on, but the property manager gave canned responses, suggested we knock on their door or call the police. We requested a refund for our final night so we could go to a hotel, but they declined. We also asked them to kick out the loud renters but they did not. The owner, Juan, was lovely and apologetic when he came to check on us our last night. The property manager was useless.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated the location, cleanliness, and layout of the property, and it’s wonderful to know the space met your family’s needs. However, we deeply regret that your experience was disrupted by the behavior of neighboring guests.
While we strive to ensure a peaceful environment, disturbances like these are unfortunately beyond our direct control. We immediately reached out to address the situation. We’re sorry these measures fell short of resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
We genuinely care about your comfort, and we’ll use your feedback to reinforce our processes. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope for the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
