Very pretty, sunny and spacious 4 bedroom apartment with 3.5 bathrooms. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. Flat benefits from wall to ceiling windows, wooden flooring, high ceilings, open plan kitchen/living area with all modern conveniences. Great location from which to explore Budapest. Right at the Grand Blvd, and next to the Radisson Blu Hotel. Flat benefits from a large terrace outside, and 2 balconies facing the main Blvd. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Good location with shops and transport links nearby. Only after payment were we informed the apartment was in a residential block, and, although we booked for 8 people, we were warned to not enter as a large group, not to use the balcony area or gather in communal lobby due to potential complaints from residents. At this point we were committed to travel but we did question as to whether the property should be advertised for a group. The apartment (s) bedrooms were clean and comfortable however kitchen and communal areas dated with poor layout. 1 of the apartments had toilet and bathroom straight off the communal area.

I would like to clarify that, as with the vast majority of holiday rental apartments on platforms such as Vrbo, the property is located within a residential building rather than a hotel complex. Respecting neighbors and avoiding excessive noise or disturbance in communal areas is also a standard requirement of both the building and the booking platforms. The apartment is advertised for up to 9 guests, and there was never any restriction on the number of registered guests staying at the property. The guidance provided simply related to being considerate in shared residential spaces. The property is not advertised as having a balcony for guest use, and the layout of the apartment is accurately reflected in the listing photos provided prior to booking, including the bathroom arrangement mentioned in the review.
